Fantastic Home For Masters Week

This home was very comfortable with so many amenities! We loved relaxing in the pool, hot tub, bonus room and screened-in porch. It is in a lovely neighborhood with walking trails and the surrounding community has much to offer. It was perfect for our family as we took turns going to the Masters. It was exceptionally clean and we enjoyed having the cleaning service while we were there. Rachel was attentive to every detail and she was easy to communicate with. We were extremely pleased.

This is a great property in a great location. However, the rec room/4th bedroom should not be listed as a bedroom at all. It is a rec room that you have to go through to get to a bedroom, so no privacy. The pullout bed wasn't great in there either. The only other real thing is that the hot tub wasn't working at all during our stay. When searching for a house we used hot tub as a filter, so that was pretty disappointing. This is still a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood about 25-30 min from Masters so it is hard to complain about much.

Thank you so much for your kind words about the home and location—I’m really glad you enjoyed your stay, overall. I’m sorry to hear that a couple aspects didn’t meet expectations. I try to be as clear as possible in the listing that the rec room is a bonus space with a pullout bed rather than a traditional bedroom/bed, and include photos to help guests understand the layout ahead of time. That said, we do aim to make it as comfortable as possible and include a 3-inch gel foam mattress topper on the pullout to enhance the sleeping experience. I also sincerely apologize for the issue with the hot tub. It was working prior to your arrival, but unfortunately we weren’t made aware of the problem during your stay. If we had known, we would have done everything we could to address the issue as quickly as possible. I always encourage guests to reach out right away with any concerns so we can address them promptly. I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure every guest has the best possible experience. I hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future.
