The newly built apartment is arranged on one level and is equipped with independent air conditioning. It is fully furnished with quality and quality furniture and overlooks a floral garden with a private terrace / solarium where you can enjoy pleasant evenings with a view of the lake and Isola Comacina.
A convenient reserved parking, at the entrance of the property, is available for the entire period of the stay.
The property consists of: large living room with dining table and sofa bed which can be used by 1 adult or 1 boy.
The living room with balcony overlooking the lake has direct access to the terrace and the floral garden. A 45-inch plasma TV with satellite signal, Sony amplifier and Dolby Sorraund Bose 5 + 1 completes the use of the living room.
The bedroom with a window overlooking the garden is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and a back that can be used for gymnastic exercises.
The apartment can also be equipped with a baby travel cot and high chair.
The bathroom, with a window overlooking the garden, is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet and washer dryer.
The kitchen, with a window overlooking the garden and overlooking the garden terrace for easy use, is equipped with all comforts, refrigerator, stove, electric oven and microwave.
A snack table allows for a quick snack.
On the evening of the last Saturday of June the Sagra di S. is celebrated Giovanni with a grandiose musical fireworks display on the island that can be seen by guests comfortably seated, directly from the terrace or balcony. An opportunity not to be missed!

Wonderful stay.

It was such a fantastic time in the delightful village of Sala Comacina. Melina & Matteo are delightful hosts. The place is spotless and location is absolutely the best. We look forward to visiting again.

Stunning Lake Como Views

The view from Sala Comacina Lake Como condo is stunning. We enjoyed our time on the balcony taking in the scenic view. Condo is well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Our hosts Milena & Matteo went above & beyond ensuring our needs were met. They are very gracious and friendly and shared a wealth of information about the location.

Relaxation in Lake Como

Our stay was fabulous!! Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. Our host provided so much information about things to do and how to take the ferries around. This is the perfect location to explore the highlights of Lake Como. Although I recommend a car it was easy to walk to the ferry to Bellaggio. The reserved parking was a dream. The photos of the property especially the two outdoor spaces were accurate. Everything was first rate. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Views and Excellent

This is great accommodation for couples with stunning views of the lake. The property was clean and very well equipped, with loads of storage space. The car parking place is easy to access and the air conditioning was very welcome during an extremely hot week. Milena met us on arrival and was very helpful, providing plenty of information about the area and was in touch with us during the week. As we were staying in August the area was busy and the ferries were full at Sala Comacina. However, we found free car parking in nearby Lenno and there were plenty of ferries, always with space, to get us around the lake and reach many beautiful villas and gardens. Thank you Milena for a wonderful week.

Perfect, relaxing property

We were met by Milena and Matteo on our arrival. They are excellent hosts, giving us lots of information and advice about what to do and see during our week’s stay, and explaining how everything works in the property, supported by lots of guidebooks for us to browse through at our leisure. They kindly left us a bottle of Prosecco and also sparkling water in the fridge. The property is nicely positioned above the town, with beautiful views over Lake Como and Sala Comacina island. We had breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine and dinner in the shade on the patio the evening. Perfect in the hot weather! The kitchen is well equipped. The air conditioning in the bedroom was excellent. We didn’t use the air conditioning in the living room as we spent most of the day outdoors. The property is spotless and well maintained. We loved it. We like walking and literally across the street is the Greenway, a lovely well signposted fairly short walk through to the town of Lenno, which is a main stopping point for the Como ferries. Also at Lenno there is the beautiful and interesting Villa del Balbianello which is well worth a visit. There is so much to see around Lake Como, you can certainly fill a week and more. We highly recommend this property.

To know that John and his wife were happy with their vacation is an immense pleasure. She booked before Covid and had to wait 3 years to come to Lake Como. Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der sauberen u. gepflegten Wohnung des sehr netten Gastgeberpaares Milena u Matteo. Milena war als Ansprechpartnerin immer für uns da und hat bei der Lösung eines Problems super geholfen. Der Blick sowohl vom Balkon als auch von der nicht einsehbaren Terasse ist unübertrefflich. Fester Parkplatz f. d. Dauer d. Aufenthalts vorhanden. Zusammenfassung: Einfach perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervoller Urlaub in sehr schöner Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön! Sowohl beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse im schönen Garten, als auch abends vom Balkon aus, hatten wir eine fantastische Aussicht auf den Comer See und die Insel Comacina. Die Lage der Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe des tollen Wanderwegs "Greenway del Lago" ist optimal. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch den schönen Pool, mit Blick auf den Comer See, haben wir des Öfteren genutzt. Milena ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns viele gute Ausflugstipps gegeben hat und immer als Ansprechpartnerin für uns da war. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Perfekte Wohnung zum entspannen

In jeder Hinsicht alles perfekt. Sehr gute Einweisung, tolle sehr hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung. Hohe Räume. Eigener Parkplatz. Vollständige Küchenausstattung, es fehlte an nichts. Beste Lage mit tollem Blick auf den Comer See und sehr schöne nicht einsehbare Terrasse. Sehr gepflegter Garten. Das Schwimmbad ist ab 01. Juni eines Jahres in Betrieb. Wir bekamen von Milena viele wertvolle Tipps zur Umgebung und fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Traumurlaub über dem Comer See

Wunderschöner Ausblick über den See, sowohl vom Balkon als auch von der Terrasse, die nicht von außen einsehbar ist. Sehr gute und saubere Ausstattung. Fester Autoabstellplatz vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fahrpläne für Bus und Schiff wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Zu der Ausstattung gehört auch zahlreiches Informationsmaterial für Unternehmungen. Der Greenway del Lago verläuft in kurzer Entfernung hinter der Unterkunft, man kann dort bis zur Villa del Balbinello wandern (1 Stunde). Internet hat anfangs etwas gehakt, Milena hat hier schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. 10min Fußweg ins Dorfzentrum und zur Anlegestelle (viele Treppen). Neben den bekannten Zielen der Umgebung war mein Favorit der Balkon von Italien hoch über dem Lago di Lugano (30min Bergstraßen; Tip von Matteo).

Very private place with lakeview

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hostess Milena had organized the apartment perfectly and she was very helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to go. The apartment is small but private and quiet, with easy parking and direct access to the town (150 steps). The view of the lake and the island is lovely. The town is the ideal starting point for hikes on the Green way, which takes you through beautiful gardens, narrow passages, endless staircases and medieval hamlets you won't believe they are still inhabited. Really a wonderful vacation, highly recommended if you do not need the hustle and bustle of a touristy place. If you do, Bellagio is only 20 min away by boat.

Superschöne Wohnung

Ich war mit meiner Tochter in der Wohnung von Milena und Matteo. Die beiden sind supernett und sehr herzlich. Bereits vor der Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt und Milena hat uns Informationen mitgeteilt. Sie war auch während unseres Aufenthaltes jederzeit erreichbar. Bei der Ankunft, sowie der Abreise war sie jeweils persönlich vor Ort, was sehr schön war. Die Wohnung ist perfekt beschrieben und entspricht genau den eingestellten Bildern. Sie ist perfekt, es fehlt an wirklich nichts, an jede Kleinigkeit wurde gedacht, alles ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf den See ist wunderschön. Sehr gut ist auch, dass zu der Wohnung ein Parkplatz gehört, das ist rund um den See sonst eher schwierig. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man hat aber einen superguten Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigungen der wichtigsten Orte und um die Schiffe zu erreichen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung zur Erkundung der Umgebungg

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen,der Blick traumhaft über den See und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Großes Plus ist der Stellplatz vor der Wohnanlage,denn Parkplätze sind Mangelware am Comer See. Man spürt,dass die Vermieter dort früher selbst gewohnt haben. Milena kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste,stellt Informationsbroschüren über Ausflugs- und Essensmöglichkeiten bereit,begrüßt mit ihrem Mann die Gäste mit einer Flasche Prosecco. Von Sala Comacina aus kann man v.a. auch vieles ohne Auto unternehmen,z.B mit dem Schiff nach Bellagio zur Villa Melzi oder nach Como.Zudem gibt es eine gut funktionierende Buslinie (C 10), die das gesamte Westufer bedient; das erspart das eigene Manövrieren durch die engen Ortsdurchfahrten und die Parkplatzsuche.Haltestelle und Schiffsanleger sind nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt Mit dem Auto und bei guter Sicht lohnt sich auch ein Tagesausflug zum Majola- und Berninapass. Prima einkaufen kann übrigens beim Metzger im Ort und in Lenno bei "Sigma".Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
