Bon emplacement et immeuble confortable

Ménage incomplet (ou datant probablement de plus de 3 semaines) malgré une prétendue vérification par l’agence (balcon sale, plaintes murales crasseuses par endroit, poussière sur les meubles), moquette tachée (mais « devant être changée » selon l’agence en réponse à notre constat à l’arrivée). À part ça, ameublement correct et bon équipement et en bon état malgré quelques portes à la fermeture capricieuse (placards muraux et frigo), canapé lit confortable. On a apprécié le local vélos malgré sa saturation le soir. L’agence Foncia qui assure la mise en location s’est montrée efficace à l’arrivée et au retour mais peu compréhensive sur le fait que nous ayons dû faire le ménage en arrivant.
