Lovely pad

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the flat which was bigger than expected. Had everything you need and was in a great location, minutes from shops, bars and restaurants. The beach was a 15 minute walk or you can get the bus for a euro. Very helpful property manager. The only downside was there was no outside space I.e. you can’t step off the terrace (which is open on one side as you can see on the photos) and use the space outside of it but you can enjoy fresh air and the view when on the terrace.

Merci pour votre message , il est vrai qu'il est difficile de voir un jardin en face de la terrasse et de ne pas pouvoir l'utiliser mais le terrain ne nous appartient pas. Cela permet de se sentir dans un endroit paisible et sans le bruit de la ville. Bonne soirée à vous Evelyne

Le logement est tres bien situé a l entree d argeles au calme et avec une grande facilité de stationnement. Logement tres fonctionnel clair et tres bien equipé. A apeine 10mn de la plage ( racou) en voiture et commerces accessobles a pied. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire

Prima ontvangst,goede locatie aan de rand van het oude centrum 3 min. Lopen. Goed ingerichte woning prima douche,keuken.appart toilet goed bed,(140x200 cm) heerlijk rustig. over de prachtige binnentuin kun je discuseren. Maar in het geheel waren we meer dan tevreden.

A notre arrivée nous avons remarqué que pas mal de choses comme des ustensiles de cuisine, four ou encore les plaques de cuisson n’était pas du tout nettoyé ce qui n’est pas correct lorsque l’on demande une caution de ménage. D’autre part la machine à laver présente des soucis, à certains endroits, il y a une odeur de renfermé. L appart est en sous sol ce qui n’est pas précisé et les fenêtres ne se ferme pas correctement… La porte des toilettes est une horreur à utiliser, le non vis a vis qu’on nous promet est finalement tres présent et la fenêtre de salle de bain qui mène au couloir. Il n’y a rien de fournis meme pas de papier toilette ou encore de liquide vaisselle. Et les draps étaient pas tres propre et la chasse d eau n est qu un bouchon en liège attaché a un fil réparé a la va vite par le gerant…

Agréable séjour

La superficie du logement est très bien, il est très proche des commerces ,2km5 de la plage. Il est bien équipé . La climatisation était en panne, avec les fortes chaleurs ,elle aurait vraiment utile,heureusement que l'appartement se trouve dans un sous-sol d'une vieille bâtisse. Le petit bémol pas de place pour se garer à proximité.....

Nous avons passé 15 jours superbes, équipements de l'appartement nickel, rien ne manque Propriétaire très agréable Petit bémol, se garer!! Les parkings sont saturés Dommage qu'il ne soit pas prévu d'emplacement privé comme les autres voisins Sinon,je recommande a 100% sans aucun doute

Location bien agencé, au calme, proche des plages et Luna Park (5 min en voiture) et à 200 m des commerces. Très bien équipé. Communication très agréable avec propriétaire 👍. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Excellente location

Super séjours dans cette location au cœur d’Argeles Village. Situé à côté du marché qui est le mercredi et le samedi matin. Le parking qui se trouve derrière la location est très pratique est en 10 jours passer sur place nous n’avons eu qu’une soirée avec celui-ci complet. Le seul point négatif c’est le réseau cellulaire qui ne passe pas du tout, donc il faut penser à planifier dans la journée en dehors de la location pour le lendemain. La propriétaire nous à confirmé la mise en place d’une box pour avoir accès à la wifi prochainement. En tout cas n’hésitez pas de réservé car le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

Appartement tempéré et au calme.

Trés bon accueil de la propriétaire, contact facile ponctualité irréprochable pour l'arrivée et le départ. Appartement bien rénové dans un bâtiment ancien aux murs épais,ce qui donne une impression de fraicheur, même sans la clim. Mais celle ci est bienvenue lorsque la température s'élève. Très bien équipé , on ne manque de rien pour cuisiner. Nous avons apprécié le grand réfrigérateur-congélateur. Bonne literie. Situation dans Argelès village loin du bruit et de l'agitation, très calme. Stationnement facile. Les plages sont à 3km, mais aucun problème de circulation ni de stationnement. Seul petit bémol, pas de wifi, ni de réception SFR et Bouygues. Mais Evelyne songe à installer un accès internet.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour pour plusieurs raisons : l'emplacement dans le centre du village est parfait : les commerces sont à proximité tout peut se faire à pieds. Environnement calme. La plage n'est pas loin en voiture ou à vélo, ou avec le petit train. L'appartement est très fonctionnel il y a tout ce qu'il faut et la climatisation est très appréciable. Il n'y a pas d'emplacement de parking réservé mais un grand parking gratuit derrière la rue. Propriétaire sympathique et le prix est très abordable quant à la situation de la location. Nous reviendrons certainement sans hésiter !
