Linens are provided for all mattresses.

We do not provide:

* Bath towels

Occupancy

- Charges will be applied to any guests, of any age, over the capacity total of 15
up to the maximum of 20.
- $15 per night/per person
- Futons are included in the max capacity count

* EVERY PERSON IS REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN AT OFFICE LOCATED AT RIO
BELLA RESORT
* Each person is required to wear a wristband during their entire stay at Paradise
Rental Home.

Please note there will be a charge of $20 to issue a new wristband. So hold onto the old one if it breaks.
