Delightful upscale accommodation with beautiful panoramic water views. Room with private bathroom and large balcony overlooking water. 10 minutes to Charleston city center in quiet neighborhood. Guests arriving by boat have private dock facility at the property. The beautiful waterfront views from the bedrooms, spectacular sunsets, and available crabbing and fishing dock right on the Intracoastal Waterway all contribute to a most memorable stay.

To clarify about the rental, It is a large room with private bathroom with large balcony/sundeck overlooking the water ( Not a whole Property). Also, included in the booking is a full breakfast. Use of the grounds and dock are open for you to enjoy.

LOVED staying here!

The hosts were very attentive and responsive, food was delicious, the coffee was absolutely amazing. The views were gorgeous, one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the Charleston area.

An Exquisite Stay

We traveled to Charleston to attend our daughter's wedding. We could see The Carolina Girl, her venue, from Rob and Zack's backyard! This house is so spectacular and their hosting is so casual and comfortable that I can't believe anyone would not be glad they chose it. It was dark and quiet--so glad I didn't choose a place in town--so our sleep was deep and uninterrupted. Zack's omelet in the morning was 5-star hotel stuff and we were close to every sort of restaurant for other meals. We used the gorgeous pool every day and intend to go back again and again.

Superior Superhosts

Zack was present to greet us and show us to our luxury room in upstairs. The room was impeccable clean with most exquisite river view padded chairs and awning. The bed was most comfortable. The private bath had tub with shower. We were invited for after dinner beverage and viewing of the sun set on the river. The owner, Robert, and Zack were perfect hosts, personally serving amazing omelets with South Arfican home made sausage. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it as the best for Charleston area, so close to town, but so much more affordable than the downtown properties with this level of luxury.

Absolutely stunning views

We love our stay at Waterway and will be returning to this property. Zack and Rob are wonderful hosts serving delicious breakfast with many choices. The orchids around the house are so beautiful as are the entire grounds. The rooms are spacious and the bed if very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Charleston.

Southern Charm & Hospitality

The hosts, Zack & Robbie, were extremely accommodating and attentive in addition to friendly, funny and charming. The house is well appointed in the most beautiful setting on the water with a beautiful garden and weeping willows perfectly framing the view. This property is definitely is definitely a home away from home.

We had a wonderful time! Zack makes the best breakfast ever! Rob can make a mean cup of coffee and tea! They are extremely hospitable and make you feel like you’re at home with the family. We enjoyed every minute and would return in a heartbeat!
