CITY CENTER - Right Bank - In a Residence 2 steps from the beach, nice studio on the 1st floor of 20m², composed of a bright living room with a sofa convertible in 140cm for 2 people, a tv and wifi, Extra bed for children. A kitchenette equipped with hob, microwave, fridge top A shower room with toilet. 100m from the Beach and 200m from the City Centre. Ideally placed to enjoy the King’s Grau on foot. Contact us for any additional information or availability.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen set: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover set: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 44€ Studio (Free of pet hair)
Two deposit checks aree to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency
