About this property

A North Georgia getaway

Lovely well-appointed single-level home nestled in the foothills of North Georgia's Cherokee county. You enter the front door into a spacious living room that includes super comfy couch and oversized round lounging chair that is wonderful to settle into with your new favorite book or magazine.

In the kitchen you'll find all the essential cookwares, utensils, and spices to cook for your entire group. There's a separate dining room as well.

The inviting coral bathroom includes a shower head with great water pressure and also offers the option of a having a nice long soak bath as it doubles as a bathtub.

Don't forget to make sure to spend time outdoors as the exterior of the home offers plenty! NOT located in a neighborhood, the front porch has both rocking chairs and a swing for spending quality time together while watching the hummingbirds visit the feeders out front by the rosh bushes. Up on the hill, there is a stone-paved patio with an outdoor table and chairs and a fire pit to surround on those cool autumn evenings. There's even a tire swing that hangs from the limb of our majestic oak.

Stay away

Home was old and outdated. Old furniture Most light switches didn’t work Flies all throughout home and outside, probably due to the excess trash outside. Beds were in very bad shape and uncomfortable. Air conditioning very poor House floor was very uneven. It was very unsettling, seemed like you were falling in different spots. Home not clean what so ever. We even asked to enter an hour early and it was denied due to it being cleaned, but everything was dirty upon arrival. I would not recommend.

Cozy Home

Great location for us to visit our family in the Holly Springs area. My daughter and I loved the front porch swing and of course she liked the playground out back. If you plan to do a lot of cooking the kitchenware isn’t the best (needs some new sauté pans and pots at a minimum). We also liked the cozy chair in the corner of the living room. It was the perfect spot for sipping some coffee or tea and snuggling up to read a book.
