This luxury property is situated on 1 acre along beautiful Spring River, just west of Sunriver. Spectacular river views and wildlife spotting opportunities abound at this peaceful getaway. 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms offer plenty of room for the whole family.

The main house is comprised of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, while the adjacent Casita faces the courtyard offers a private 1 bedroom/1 bathroom getaway complete with gas fireplace and kitchenette. On the main level are two King Suites, the first suite features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, great views, walk-in closet, seated vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower, the second features a King bed and private bathroom.

The living room and dining area join in an open layout, great for entertaining. Preparing meals is a breeze in the well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen and breakfast nook offer gorgeous river views and a balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while taking it all in. Off of the kitchen area is an office, in case you need to catch up on little work while getting away from it all.

Downstairs there is a large bedroom with 2 pyramid bunks plus a futon, a flat screen TV, and Xbox and Playstation 4 gaming consoles. A second room with 2 twin beds and an adjacent bathroom is downstairs as well. A geothermal system keeps this home pleasantly cool throughout the summer months and warm in the winter.

With features like a fully stocked kitchen, amazing views, comfortable patio furniture in the courtyard and back patio, and large BBQ, this home is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family for a luxury getaway.

Downhill and nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding, are all only about 20 minutes from your doorstep. In the summer, enjoy floating the Deschutes River, fishing, or playing a round of golf at one Central Oregon’s premier courses..

Perfect

Our whole family came together to celebrate Christmas and we stayed at this home. The listing is very accurate in its portrayal. Beautiful home, with all the things in it that you need. (Except a waffle maker😄) If I were to try and find something to improve on , one bedroom says that it has a king bed and it is actually two twin beds pushed together. So depending on your size that can be a disappointing feature to figure out. Other than that, the time was fabulous.

Spectacular inside and out!

This home is stunning! The spacious and open floor plan with tall ceilings and windows made our party of 10 feel like a party of 4! So much room! The clear blue lake directly off the beautifully furnished back patio was mesmerizing. This home is immaculate and carefully designed with guests in mind. We will absolutely be coming back!

Outstanding property!

The house is gorgeous and the layout was perfect for several couples. The Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and pantry items. We have stayed at many VRBO's but this was our favorite. The house is set on the start of the Spring River and we saw lots of wildlife like deer, ducks, birds and even river otters. Would definitely like to come back and stay soon.
