Upon entering this home, you'll find a beautifully updated gourmet kitchen with slab granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances plus everything you need to whip up your family's favorite meals. The whole family can gather in the spacious dining room with seating for 10 plus 4 more at the kitchen counter. When it's time to relax, take a seat in the cozy living room in front of the fire and enjoy some TV or your favorite DVD.

Head out to the garage to find the ping pong and foosball tables, perfect for a little friendly competition! Here you will also find 7 adult bikes for exploring Sunriver.

On this level, you will find the sun room, laundry room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a half bath for guests.

Bedroom 1 is a King bedroom with a new luxury 'PressureSmart" Lux firm pillowtop mattress (June 2023), cable TV and DVD player and attached jack-n-jill bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 is a Queen bedroom with TV, this bedroom shares the bathroom with the king bedroom.

Head upstairs to find three more bedrooms, three bathrooms and a kid’s playroom with desk, TV and DVD player.

Bedroom 3 is an ensuite king bedroom with a brand new luxury Beautyrest "Black" mattress (June 2023), private deck, TV and DVD player and attached private, full bath with walk in shower and large closet.

You’ll find two full bathrooms in the hall. One with a shower/tub combo, the other with walk in shower.

Spring Break

Had a great visit with family over spring break. The home was clean, well stocked kitchen and nicely furnished. The layout is perfect for multi- generation living with kids and grandkids upstairs and grandparents downstairs. Conveniently located near trails. I would rent this home again!

beautiful.

just beautiful. everything was more than we expected. the view was amazing. my family was so happy to be able to spend time in such a serene and gorgeous home. there's so much to see and do in the area but we didn't want to leave the house. 😂 the property managers were so nice as well! renting was easy and staying there was everything. thank you!

Wonderful Getaway!

This property was perfect, like a hotel but in a house. Perfectly stocked with all the dishes you’d need, easy instructions posted in various areas. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The views were gorgeous and it’s so easy to walk out and enjoy the trails. The kitchen is perfect for a big group and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The property management was helpful and friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely go back!
