Located on the seafront between Torrox Costa and Nerja, this superb 85 m² air-conditioned Penthouse has a living room, a veranda / dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is in the master suite), a '' a 65 m² solarium terrace facing the sea which has a sofa, sunbathing, barbecue, plancha for walks on the dike.
At 50 meters, the "Beach club" has a private shared swimming pool (1 large bath and 1 children's bath) which is accessible to you by a key located in the villa (swimming pool closed from the end of October to the beginning of April).
The VIP service includes sheets and towels (some towels),
For your comfort, beds are made on arrival and cleaning is done on departure.
Please note, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Aufenthalt bei Torrox Costa

Wir waren für 32 Nächte in der Wohnung. Die Dachterrasse mit ihrer Größe ist unschlagbar. Der Blick am Morgen auf das Meer mit dem Sonnenaufgang war unschlagbar. Leider waren in den Schlafzimmer nur französische Betten mit 140 cm, die uns zu eng waren. Wir sind größere Betten mit mindestens 180 cm gewohnt. Aber da zwei Schlafzimmer mit französischen Betten vrohanden waren konnten wir in zwei verschiedenen Betten schlafen. In dem einen Schlafzimmer gab es keinen benutzbaren Schrank, die waren alle mit Schlösser verschlossen. Das dritte Zimmer hatte leider keinerlei Platz in dem Schrank, da lauter Sachen der Vermieter in dem Schrank waren. Unsere erwachsenen Kinder mußten die Woche, die sie bei uns waren, aus dem Koffer leben. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden.

Fantastic place, amazing views. Great owner / agent comms

Having stayed in the complex over many years we really enjoyed our stay in this villa. Rooms are all good sizes and the beds very comfortable. The dining area is very practical with the doors allowing a nice breeze also. The air conditioning units are powerful and keep the Villa nice and cool during those hot days. The outside space and terrace adds so much to the property, especially with areas to sit in the evening and the views are simply superb. There are two BBQs (one gas and one for coal) in addition to a large outside dining area also which is perfect to enjoy Al fresco dining. Hard to fault the stay, more accessible storage space would be useful but we still made it work. Owner and agent were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks.

Tolles Apartment mit Meeresrauschen

Die Wohung und die Terrasse sind sind wunderbar. Ein fantastischer Blick auf das Meer und das Meeresrauschen gibt es gratis dazu. Der Wintergarten bietet die Möglichkeit, auch bei windigem Wetter "draussen" sitzen zu können. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Perfekt

In diesem Objekt fehlt es an nichts. Die Aussicht ist so wundervoll und die Terrasse so gemütlich eingerichtet, dass wir „ferngesehen haben ohne TV“. Die Anlage war ruhig und gepflegt. Der Pool und der Badestrand sind gut über Treppen zu Fuß erreichbar, wie auch diverse Restaurants, die noch im September/Oktober geöffnet und gastfreundlich waren. Olivier hat uns vor Ort nett und zuverlässig betreut. (Spanische oder französische Sprachkenntnisse erleichtern die Kommunikation. ) Wir haben die Tage genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastisk, afslappende og roligt

Skøn lejlighed med fantastisk terrasse. En helt unik udsigt, hvor du kun høre bølgernes lyd fra havet. God plads til hele familien, hvor der er alt hvad man har brug for. Afstand til indkøb kræver bil. Køkkenknivene kan trænge til en udskiftning.☺️ Stranden er ikke egnet til små børn. Der bliver hurtigt dybt. Til gengæld er det super klart og friskt vand. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne igen.😎

Loved the location and property

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Jean’s place. The property was actually described online. The location made it easy to do day trips to Malaga, Granada, Córdoba, and Sevilla. We actually wanted to stay longer. But had to get back to work. Loved the place and the views of the sunrise were fabulous. Thank Jean for a great time and we will remember for the rest of our lives David and family

Tout est conforme à la présentation, ce qui rend le séjour d'autant plus agréable !

Que dire de plus : les photos parlent d'elles même ! Tout est parfait, rien n'est à critiquer ! La vue panoramique laisse pantois. La Tv d'expression française est un plus et le carnet de suggestion de la maison est très appréciable ! Juste un conseil : ne jamais laisser les clés sur la serrure à l'intérieur de la maison, cela devient impossible à rentrer.

Geräumige Fewo mit großer Terrasse

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit schönem Blick am Frühstückstisch zum Meer. Schöne Sitzlounge für die Abendstunden mit herrlichem Sonnenuntergang. Auch 8m November hatten die Strandbars noch bis 19:00Uhr geöffnet und immer frischer Fisch. Genial. Korrespondenz beim Buchen war einwandfrei. Einfach ein schöner Urlaub.

Schöne Wohnung mit super Meerblick

Die Wohnung mit der großen Terrasse ist sehr schön und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Es gibt viel Geschirr und Gläser. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr komfortabel ausgestattetet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, besonders die Mückschutzgitter, die es an allen Festern und Türen gibt haben uns gefreut. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt waren für uns die Betten, die in Ordnung waren aber die wir nicht wirklich bequem fanden.

Alles was man braucht

Unser Aufenthalt an der Costa del Sol in Torrox Costa war in der Villa Azur sehr angenehm, man hatte alles was man brauchte um sich wohlzufühlen, die Ausstattung der Villa ist hochwertig und neu und die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. lediglich der Stromkreis war gelegentlich überlastet, wenn man zu viel benutzt hat.

Prachtig uitzicht!

Gezellig penthouse met uitzicht op zee. Appartement is goed ingericht en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Parkeren bij appartement is geen probleem. Goede uitvalbasis om bijv. Nerja/Frigliana/Granada te bezoeken. Verbetering mogelijk voor wifi, was wel aanwezig, maar werkte niet.

Parfait

Location très agréable avec une jolie vue. L'appartement est clair, moderne, et très bien équipé. La terrasse magnifique est équipée de chaises longues, tables et bbq. Le lotissement est typique et bien aménagé et enfin l'accueil est irréprochable. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Fantastisch!

Een prachtig onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien appartement. Vooral het dakterras is subliem! Je kan hier in de schaduw of in de zon zitten. Ook zijn de banken goed om op te zitten en de bedden slapen ook goed. Dichtbij het strand en mooie plaatsen in de buurt om te bezoeken. En natuurlijk heel erg fijn dat er een auto bij zit.

Villa ideale en bordure de mer

Venons d effectuer un excellent sejour dans la villa Azur. Cette villa très bien située en bord de mer est dotée d un équipement haut de gamme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l urbanisation, la vue mer ainsi que son exposition et la terrasse très bien dotée. La véranda représente un grand plus en periode d hiver. Nous remercions M.Jais , Olivier ainsi que Patricia chargée de l entretien pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.
