This property is Mediterranean style stucco red tile roof with courtyard and balcony. Most attractive part of this property is backyard with spectacular lake view.
However, prefer not to post exterior photos for privacy reason.

This waterfront paradise is located at 5 minutes from hwy 5 exit, and walking distance to restaurants, Apple company, Bowling center, Fitness center. Close to shops, medical center, etc.

Beauty and comfort are achieved thru providing luxury furniture and lake theme decorations to blend in with fantastic backyard lake view to create peaceful retreat.

Very big Master bedroom has 1 king bed, and 1 full futon bed.
Upstairs secondary bedroom has 1 queen bed.
Downstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed.
Living room has queen sleeping sofa.
House has 3 full bathrooms.

Kitchen is equipped for guests to cook dinner. Washer & dryer, iron, iron board, etc. are provided for convenience.

All utilities are included. Wifi is provided. Two TVs are hooked to Netflix subscription and have HDTV antenna air channels and Comcast channels for news and entertainment.

The living space is kids friendly. There are 4 parks and 5 lakes in this neighborhood, and some parks have kid playground.

This property is right on the water and has beautiful lake view. You are in park setting surrounding as soon as you walk into courtyard.
However, this lake is not natural deep wild type, it is more artificial lake. Can fish in backyard, but it can't satisfy true outdoor lover's water activities. Swimming is not allowed in this lake. This property doesn't have its own dock. The host service does NOT include boat. Please don't use the boat stored in garage.

If you want a peaceful environment to rest and recharge, yes, this property is right for you. If you want to enjoy exciting water activities, no, this property is not proper for you.

Guests can access whole premises and explore whole big neighborhood having several lakes and parks.

We have a ring doorbell/camera outside of front door, and an outdoor camera facing driveway for security purpose.
The camera in backyard ran out of battery and will stay de-activated.

Nice Place

Overall this is a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.....the lake view was amazing. The proximity to food and shopping as well as easy access to the freeway was excellent. It did lack some of the homey touches - no welcome basket, no brochures of things to do or places to eat and no guest book to sign. There was definitely some basic maintenance issues that could easily be taken care of.

Location was good.

Nice condo with Beautiful view out back. Good areas for walking. Downstairs bathroom requires you to put hand in tank to flush, as this was the verbal directions when we called with concern. No electricity when arrived, management did address immediately.

What makes this property unique

This house is filled with amenities people normally need to feel at home.

The neighborhood is only one block away from Hwy 5 exit but far enough not to hear high way noise.
It's at walking or short drive distance to get to stores, restaurants, sports center for bowling and fitness, private companies like Apple comp, hospitals, etc.
