This home was perfect. Great location, quiet neighborhood and close to town. Home was very clean and the beds were comfortable We will stay there again.
This is a very nice historic home close to many restaurants in Kingsport. It sits in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was exactly like the information Shannon shared.
The house was exactly as described: a historical home in the center of Kingsport, with easy access to downtown. We love that we had space for our family to spread out, much better than a cramped hotel room. We also appreciated the included linens, comfortable beds, and "piece of history but with modern-conveniences" feel of the place. Also, Shannon was an excellent host who made our stay easy and comfortable. We stayed here while visiting family in town, and would definitely stay again!
This was our second time staying in this sweet little cottage. It's in a great location, clean, and very cozy! We really enjoyed our stay! Shannon is a great host!
This home is absolutely wonderful. Very comfortable and clean. Very good correspondence with hostess. This home is in a historic neighborhood with a park across the street. Very close to downtown with wonderful shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to plan another trip and stay in the home.
My wife and I loved the historic charm of the home and neighborhood, which was walkable to the downtown cafes and restaurants. The grocery store was a short distance away. The main king bed was comfortable. Though just two of us, the spacious living room and kitchen were enjoyed. We would stay here again.
The property was exactly as described. A quiet neighborhood. The owner even went above and beyond by sending us church listings with web sites that were close by. We were there for the drag races in Bristol. It was easy to get from there to the track. Loved it and would stay again.
I highly recommend this place. My son got married in Kingsport. We had six ppl in our party. We were 10 to 15 minutes from restaurants, shopping and Starbucks. We were definitely very impressed. when we come to visit my son in Tennessee, we plan to stay there again.
This was exactly what we needed to visit with local family. Shannon is a great host. Highly recommend this property to anyone needing lodging and don’t want to use the regular hotel environment.
This was an excellent and quiet location in the historical district of Kingsport, TN. It was very comfortable for five people, and the amenities are too numerous to mention!!
I was in Kingsport for an art workshop. The location was perfect. Everything was clean and neat. The bed was so comfortable I slept great. I hope to stay here again.
Came back to town to visit family and was so excited that this location was available again! It was like coming home. Even met more of the wonderful neighbors and the location cannot be beat. In the heart of everything but still tucked away enough to be quiet. love Love LOVE!!
We visited Kingsport as Hurricane Helene passed through - but rain and wind did not damper our spirit. The house was clean, cozy and the perfect location to be able to attend our family reunion. Our host, Shannon, was very prompt with communication and checking on us to make sure everything was ok during the storms. We would stay here again and appreciated the hospitality we received.
A nice home away from home feel. Nice and clean and comfortable. We only had one minor issue but the property manager dealt with it immediately and effectively.
We will definitely be staying there again.
We used Shannon's lovely historical home as our base while we spent a week exploring NE Tennessee. It was perfect. Central to everything, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was as promised. Shannon was accessible and responsive. We couldnt have asked for a better place!
It was a good trip. Had 3 folks all staying together. Ended up getting rained out the Sunday we were there and had to just hang at the property. Very quiet, relaxing environment. Great food in local area. Not far from all things Kingsport.
This is an amazing location with an even more amazing host. The house has everything you need and Shannon couldn't be more accommodating. This was our 2nd visit to this location and we are looking forward to our third. I promise you will not be disappointed if you book!
Can't say much more than I did last year - it's hard to imagine a more convenient place to stay. And the house always makes me want to buy one in that neighborhood. Quiet, safe, and the park across the street. What more could you want?
