Beautiful renovated T5 on the first floor of a 130m2 building in Alistro, quiet with the possibility of parking on the property (private access to the apartment). Close to all amenities at 5 min (supermarket, pharmacy, post office and medical office) two minutes by car from the sea.
A 1000m2 garden to share, Above ground pool for children, Barnum with table and chairs, deckchairs, hammock and pétanque area.
It's made of :
- living room with sofa, TV armchairs
- a dining room for 10 people with table and buffet
- a bathroom with WC shower and washing machine
- an equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave ...)
- 4 bedrooms of around 14m2 (3 with double beds and 1 with two bunk double beds) each with a dressing room.
- a private terrace with table, chairs, parasol, permanent barbecue
- bed and bath linen is included in the service
