Nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood on a quiet tree-lined street, this home is perfect for your stay in Chicago.

BEAUTIFUL 4000 square foot contemporary 3-story home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests! This brand new interior home has all the upgrades, bells, and whistles. During your stay enjoy the top floor bar, dual decks with fireplace and unreal views overlooking Wrigley Field. This home was designed for your family and friends to kick back and relax in this impressive home where you can truly feel like you are all on vacation!

The MAIN FLOOR features a living room and dining room combo with a gas fireplace, state of the art kitchen and great room. Perfect for groups wanting to spend time together.
Enjoy the combined kitchen and great room layout that includes a large kitchen that is fully stocked with everything a chef needs to prepare a gourmet meal. The kitchen includes Quartzite countertops, oversized island (seats five comfortably), butler pantry, bar, wine fridge, beverage fridge, and ice maker. The breakfast dining table seats six and the great room has a comfortable sectional sofa with 75” flat-screen cable TV, surround sound, and a wood-burning fireplace. On the lower level, grab a blanket and head to the back patio area with an outdoor fireplace.

The SECOND FLOOR includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a laundry room:

MASTER BEDROOM suite includes a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, cable tv, and a master bathroom. The master bathroom has a double vanity, free-standing bathtub, a walk-in shower with 3 shower heads and steam unit, separate water closet and radiant heat floors.

BEDROOM 2 on-suite includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and cable TV.
This on-suite has a bathroom that has a walk-in shower with one fixed and one handheld head and heated floors.

BEDROOM 3 and 4 have queen beds, ceiling fans, cable TV’s, shared bathroom with double vanity and heated floors.

On the TOP FLOOR grab a drink in the fun loft room equipped with a bar, 65” cable tv, and full bathroom with heated floors. Watch the shimmering lights of Wrigley Field on the private deck with a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor tv(In season), and speakers.

The space and service was nothing short of IMMACULATE!!! Extremely attentive to any issues, (werent any at all other than finding a waffle iron. Lol) quiet neighborhood just minutes away from wrigley and public transportation for exploring this amazing city. Thank you guys for making our Christmas holiday a joy!

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

Staying here was incredible. There is nothing you can think of that it didn't have. We had a friends and family weekend. Everyone loved the home and the extensive amenities offered. If you are looking for an exquisite place to stay that has room for everyone, this is the place.

This place was amazing!!! Such a big beautiful home. Great host!The kitchen and all the appliances were incredible. Perfect for a big family to gather and hangout! We had 6 adults and two kids under two. They had everything you need for kiddos! It was also stocked with all the cooking supplies you need. Would definitely recommend this place and stay there again in a heartbeat!

Lovely Property

This home is lovely. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The home was well stocked with necessities as well as many extras. The property is luxurious and beautifully designed with several areas to relax and enjoy. It's surrounding neighborhood and is quiet and safe, with many restaurants, bars and shopping just a short walk away. We look forward to having another opportunity to visit.

Happy Mother of the Bride

This was hands-down, the nicest VRBO we've rented. They pretty much thought of everything from all the toiletries and kitchen items you would need to chargers. The home is in a beautiful area, immaculate, and had everything! We were in town for my daughters wedding weekend. My only regret is that we were gone so much and didn't have enough time in the beautiful space of this Vrbo home!

Family Christmas

We could not have asked for a better home to share Christmas with our adult children and family. The home is exactly as shown and even better in person. While I brought much to cook a Christmas meal, it turns out the house was so well stocked with everything imaginable, and didn't need much of what I brought. The property manager, Tommy, was great! He was communicative and responsive when needed. The property owner was kind and generous. By far the nicest VRBO have ever been in and every little thing has been thought of to make their guests feel at home. We loved our stay and definitely will be back.

Yes Virginia, there IS a Santa Clause!

This home was by far the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Spending Christmas in Chicago with our adult children in such lovely surroundings made the trip beyond our wildest expectations. The thoughtful touches, the design, functionality, beauty and location were all top notch. We couldn’t ask for anything more. The owners have done everything to make this home enjoyable for all. And Tommy was so accessible and friendly to work with. He went out of his way as well to make us comfortable. Truly, a memorable stay was had by all. I feel so thankful that our family spent Christmas and made memories here. Can’t wait to come back.

Great accommodations!

This home was perfect for our family! Wonderful with easy access to Wrigley Field, shopping and restaurants. Upon arrival we were greeted by Fred, who was just wonderful throughout our stay and very accommodating! The house is amazingly stocked, they thought of everything you might want for, even had a welcome basket waiting for us on arrival, which was perfect from a long day of travel. Every inch of the home was thought out thoroughly and designed for efficiency and with love. Highly recommend!! NOTE: Parking can be tricky if you’re bringing a vehicle, make arrangements ahead of time, the hosts will surely assist. :)

An Incredible Spot!

This home is exactly as advertised and then some! The neighborhood is lovely and convenient to so many great spots, as well as public transportation. The house is STOCKED with pretty much anything you could ever need, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We wanted for nothing. And everything was clean and in wonderful shape. Great pots and pans, excellent options for coffee, and the like. But on top of it all (wonderful bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms) was the outdoor space on the top floor. The private deck was where we wanted to be most of all. It is quiet and gorgeous and spacious for a group of 8 or even more. If you are looking to stay in Lakeview, this WILL NOT disappoint!

Wrigleyville Delight

Six women, mix of Braves/Cubs fans and can be a little picky about our digs. These wee perfections. From location. Wrigley lights in view from the third story deck, with comfy seating and a great outdoor fireplace and large TV. There are bathrooms galore, multiple bar areas and the largest TV ever in the great room. The kitchen was to die for, from the chef's range to the beautifully stocked herbs. Best part was Tommy, the property manager, who lives nearby and is available to address any issues, though we had no problems. Two blocks to Wrigley, two blocks to grocery and restaurants. In short, the house was just about perfect!

This is a beautiful spacious extremely well stocked and outfitted home. Tons of space and very comfortable. Two blocks from shopping cafes and restaurants. Quiet in the evenings. We really loved our stay there and would highly recommend.
