Villa Caribbean Vista is located in the very popular area called Pelican Key
This villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms of which are all of very good sizes and all have king size beds.
Each room has its own bathroom but only one has an actual ensuite which is the master. The two other rooms can either decide to share the upstairs bathroom or they can each have their own but please note that one of the full bathrooms are located downstairs whereas all the bedrooms are upstairs.

Nevertheless, this villa is within walking distance to the beaches such as pelican key beach or kimsha beach.
You can also walk to great restaurants such as Isola or to bars like red piano.
Juliette's is also a great place for breakfast all witin walking distance.
You can also have the option of the watersports at Roxy Beach.

You can also just decide to relax around your pool area that offers a runway of colors during sunset so prepare a nice cocktail and enjoy the show.

Great views for watching the regatta

Property was conveniently located to restaurants, beaches and nightlife. Great views and large deck and pool for relaxing.

Christmas Spent in St. Maarten

My family and I had a great time in St. Maarten over the Christmas holidays at this villa. Dominique was very easy to communicate with over Whats App and readily made reservations to eat at restaurants and participate in excursions. This villa had plenty of space for 6 adults with a gorgeous view overlooking the water and was very conveniently located (~10-15 minute walk to restaurants, grocery store, etc). Pool was also nice to have if we wanted to stay at the villa for the day and was cleaned multiple times throughout the week. We also felt very safe there with the gated property. The parking was a bit difficult given the steep incline of the street in combination with having a rental van. The only two things that lowered our rating were that the wifi did not work while we were there (they did try to fix it) and no one came to clean the villa during the week. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to friends and family!
