Canyon's rotating margarita menu and awesome happy hour is a short walk from the complex. 1 queen bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen & living room with 2 double sofa bed, FREE parking for 1 car, if you would need more space, contact the owner; the covered pool is steps away & free! Publix is walkable.

About Your Space:
Our apartment complex has several small buildings in traditional Florida style, all completely renovated spring 2019. Apartment 22 is located on the 2nd floor of a two story building, and the pool is steps from the front door! The kitchen is equipped for cooking, and sleeping spaces include a bedroom with a Queen bed and 2 double sofa bed in the living room. A full bathroom, luxurious linens and modern decor round out the your home base for a South Florida vacation filled with the beach, sunshine and great memories with friends.

Your Availability:
“I’m a hands-on host in terms of being there for my guests when needed, but you can come and go without us ever meeting! (After booking, you’ll receive an unlock code for the Smart Lock and welcome instructions.) My co-hosts help me make sure my guests have everything they need. I love hosting, and hope you’ll take good care of my apartment. Should any problems arise, I hope you’ll let me know so I can take care of it promptly.”

Your Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is fantastic because it’s centrally located - with some eating, drinking and shopping within walking distance, and a short drive or Uber to tons of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and activities, it’s hard to find a better vacation spot in Fort Lauderdale.

Getting Around:
It’s helpful to have a car in Fort Lauderdale, but not necessary. It’s a 5-20 minute drive to almost everything you’ll want to see and do in the area. If you’re using Uber, it’s a little under $10 to the beach. It’s roughly a 20 minute drive to the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Airport, and 45 minutes to an hour to Miami International Airport.
