About this property
The small house at the foot of Ventoux
Housing is a depedance of my house with independent access and parking space in front, located a hundred meters from the village,
The surface is 32 m2 with a private garden overlooking the village.
30 km from Tgv Avignon train station, 15 minutes from Spirou park, 10 minutes from Ventoux.
The entrance is via a staircase of 4 steps, you will find a fitted kitchen with a fridge and freezer a bathroom with separate toilet and shower, a living room with decorative fireplace, a sofa and a sofa bed good quality for sleeping, a large bay window overlooking the garden table chairs an electric barbecue. The accommodation is air conditioned.
The surface is 32 m2 with a private garden overlooking the village.
