Superb villa with swimming pool, parking, air conditioning and pétanque court
Rent Villa redone in new of 80 m ² located in peace, in 5 min on foot of the center with foot of the city center of six-fours, where are all facilities.
You will be able to taste the pleasure of the sea by going on the beaches of Six-fours, the brusc (5min of car) Sanary or the Sablettes (10min of car) or to refresh you in a privative swimming pool (of 6. 3 m by 3 2 m and 1. 4 depth).
A private petanque court is located at the back of the house.
The house is on the ground floor:
- 1 large living room of 45m2 composed of a living room, a dining room and a kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster).
The living room sofa with double chaise longue is convertible (sleeps 2).
- 2 bedrooms of 10m2: one with a double bed + separate dressing room, the other with a BZ two places, an office, and a large closet
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, double washbasin
- independent toilet
The property is closed on the front by a fence and a gate, you can park two cars inside (there is also parking nearby).
No pets allowed - Linen provided on request
A deposit of 1500euros (cash or check) will be requested the day of arrival, it will be returned on the day of your departure.
