We enjoyed our stay. The unit was nice. Only issue was the checkin instructions were not sent ahead of time. We had to call when we arrived. Weirdly we received an email 5 days after we arrived with checkin instructions. We did love the unit and buildings.

My children and I absolutely loved this condo! It was very clean and had all the amenities. The pool area was always very clean and the beach is just stepped away. Walmart as well as ice cream, shops, pizza places, Mexican restaurant, liquor store are directly across the street which made this location perfect.

Family Celebration

The property and visit was exceptional. The condo was very clean, the furniture was nice and comfortable. The security and gate guards were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We were surprised to find a stand alone ice maker! The trip was a celebration 🎉 of my husband’s and my 58th wedding anniversary. While we are limited by mobility issues we certainly enjoyed the balcony. A remarkable vacation. I look forward to a return visit!

Great views and large condo

The property was clean and had terrific views of the gulf and beach below. There is a good size balcony with abundant windows. Some may find a few interior element a bit dated but the unit was clean with a very large master Bdrm and master bath. The AC worked perfectly and the kitchen had good selection of pots/pans and dishes. The internet did not work for 4 days of our trip but mgt responded quickly and the router was replaced when they could get a technician from the company out to the unit after the July 4th holiday. Overall we had a great stay and Orange Beach is an excellent family location for a beach vacation.

Fun at the beach

the perfect summer get-away for the beach. The unit was lovely. The only complaint is that the kitchen area seemed dark in the evening. There was no real overhead lighting and the lighting that was over the cabinets was really dim. The ground-fault outlet on the balcony should be replaced since it does not work, unless that was planned.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

Y’all… this condo was exactly as described! We didn’t need anything except our suitcases and a grocery trip. The kitchen is well appointed with all the things you need to prepare a meal and there’s an ice maker in the mini bar. So convenient for loading a small cooler for the beach! Plenty of seating in the living room to enjoy the wrap around views of the gulf…GORGEOUS! The beds are very comfortable, the AC is cold, and generously sized closets to store away all your luggage. There are 4 pools on site and you are steps from a service that will set up beach chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the sea. This unit is located directly across the street from several dining options and a Walmart, just in case you need something. This is our new go-to beach spot☀️☀️☀️

Pros definitely outweigh the cons

This was one of our favorite stays on the coast for sure. It was my baby’s first beach trip and the splash pad and the 1ft kiddie pool were just right for our 16 month old. The other pool options were fabulous as well. If you can’t tell from the pictures, there’s the big pool in the middle with the infinity edge that dumps into the lower level pool as well as a hot tub; the splash pad and kiddie pool; an indoor pool and hot tub; and 2 more pools and hot tubs on each end of the property. There are 3 boardwalks on the property, which is really convenient when you’re hauling a wagon full of beach supplies. The balcony in this unit was easily the best part of our trip. Since it’s a corner balcony, it wraps around so you can see the street as well. Not that you could every get tired of looking at the ocean, but if by some chance you did, you can people watch at the Walmart across the street. This unit is the perfect place for sunrise watching. I’m not an early riser, but I got up 3 out of the 4 mornings we were there to watch the sunrise. Now the cons. Only one elevator worked which sometimes resulted in long waits. The tub in the bathroom by the washer did not drain properly. I contacted the rental agency and they said they would send someone out. I was unsure as to whether or not anyone ever came since I didn’t receive any further messages. The tub might have improved slightly, but you still stood in water while showering. All in all this place was amazing and we loved it!

Great complex. This is our 4th rental. Fifth will be next year. Great location. Biggest drawbacK is the pace of rental increases over the past 3 years. Bathroom rugs were nice but slippery. Look forward to returning but hope the rents start stabilizing.
