Residence la Croisette, welcome to this charming apartment located just 100 metres from the fine sandy beach of Lazaret.



Enjoy a lovely stay in SĂšte in the heart of the Corniche district with its shops, restaurants, bakery and traditional market.



This T2 apartment of 34mÂČ with air conditioning offers a glazed loggia as well as a furnished terrace of 12 mÂČ.



On the 2nd floor with lift, the residence has a shared swimming pool open in season.



On the night side, 1 bedroom with a bed (140 cm) as well as a sofa bed (2 mattresses of 80 cm each, making a 160 cm bed) in the living room with television.



The bathroom includes a lovely shower. Separate toilet.



Washing machine. Wi-Fi internet connection.



The fitted kitchen has 4 ceramic hob plates, a small refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker and a toaster. Also a dining area with a breakfast bar.

Bien équipé, douche spacieuse. Et le balcon couvert par temps de pluie sympa pour profiter de la luminosité Un meilleur double vitrage entre la terrasse et le balcon couvert pour éviter la condensation ou un petit chauffage

Appartement sale dans cadre agréable

Bien refroidis Ă  l'arrivĂ©e de dĂ©couvrir un appartement sale. Les sols n'Ă©taient pas lavĂ©s, les coussins des fauteuils sont Ă  jeter. Pour ma part j'ai tout stocke dans la loggia le temps de notre sĂ©jour. Franchement tout est Ă  revoir dans ce logement. Des coups partout sur les murs, les portes ... Une odeur de poisson horrible dans le frigo, ça probablement dĂ» aux prĂ©cĂ©dents vacanciers, une odeur d'Ă©gout horrible et un Ă©vier de cuisine bouchĂ© qui s'est rĂ©solu au cours du sĂ©jour. Une couche de poussiĂšre assez impressionnante sur les cadres, la hotte, la tĂ©lĂ©, etc ... Bref c'Ă©tait sale, dĂ©sagrĂ©able pour un dĂ©but de vacances. Le seul point positif est la clim et l'emplacement. Je pense ĂȘtre parti en laissant quelque chose de bien plus propre qu'Ă  l'arrivĂ©e.
