Private pilot, sailor, scuba diver living life above, on, and below the beautiful waters of Florida. I love to dive in the keys. Sailing out to Sanibel is a daytime favorite. Grilling on the Causeway to Sanibel is special. Hanging at the pool, playing tennis, or basketball at the condo is great fun.

The location is perfect for the couple looking to get a great get-away and have many amenities literally in your secluded and protected community. Short walk to the beach or ride over on your bike or scooter. Better yet take your rental boat for a spin.

Lanai out the back is first level and right on the water with spectacular sunsets nightly. 3 pools and a whirlpool to choose from. Seafood restaurant 150 yards away. Tennis, pools, board walking, boating, fishing and super sunsets all within the condo complex.
