Stunning views from our C building, 7th floor gulf front condo. Cleanliness is always a top priority. Please come, relax and enjoy the natural beauty at Estero Beach and Tennis Club as the beach is restored. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning and watch the wildlife on the beach. Maybe even catch the dolphins playing in the ocean. Take a walk on any of the 7 miles of beautiful white sand beach and watch for shells along the way. Gorgeous sunsets can be seen from inside the condo or are beautiful to watch while relaxing on the balcony.

There are restaurants located within a short driving distance or you can take the trolley ride to different locations on the island.
If you are up for some adventure there are rental boats, jet skis, parasailing and kayaks rentals that are available since Ian.

We are happy to provide linens, kitchenware, beach towels, beach umbrella and a cooler for snacks and beverages on the beach. In the event of any rain there are games and a 55" television with a choice of movies and upgraded cable and Wifi for your convenience.
As standard practice we change all bedding between stays including duvet, mattress pad, pillow covers, etc. We ensure that EVERY piece of linen is changed including unused towels, spare sheet sets, etc.

*Please note: In Season Rentals (January through April) we request Saturday Check In and Check Outs.

We are sure you will love the condo and the beach as much as we do especially now as we recover from Ian - the soul and resilience of FMB is strong.

Beautiful condo overlooking the Gulf

We loved the condo! Beautifully decorated, with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Extremely comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful white sand beaches just steps away from the building, and a lovely pool. We had a very enjoyable stay. Fort Myers beach is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, so there was some construction on the property, and the surrounding community, and some nearby stores and restaurants are still closed. However, our host was amazing with her communication and went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful location!

Our first visit to FMB since Ian was better than expected. It was sad to see all the destruction but we were amazed at what has been done. EB&TC has done an amazing job getting the resort open. The condo was really nice, the view spectacular. It was clean, well stocked, snd had everything you needed. Heather was very responsive. We would go back again!

Fantastic

The owner was great and their communication was very helpful. The check in was easy and the unit was very clean and updated. The view from the balcony was fantastic and relaxing.

Beautiful view, great beach

Wonderfully clean place with a spectacular balcony view. We made most meals in the functional kitchen and the beach was great for shelling, walking, swimming, and sitting.

Beach Gem

If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, quiet & relaxing stay this well maintained gem is for you. Comfortable bed & the best ocean view for morning coffee/gorgeous sunsets on the balcony. The island is slowly coming back after Hurricane Ian & Heather (owner) was very transparent about the situation around the condo. For example, there is construction around the property & starting next door, but it obnoxious. The pool was not open yet (but should be soon) & businesses/restaurants that were in walking distance have not re-opened except the CVS. You will need to drive or can take the on-the-hour trolley for .75 cents if you want to go into Ft. Myers Beach. Parking was running about $15-20 up there. Another transportation option: we rented beach bikes at Sun-n-Fun Rentals. Great way to travel by beach & do some shelling. Besides FMB, Heather had some great waterfront dining suggestions that are within 2 miles of the condo, Junkanoo & Fresh Catch. We also found Flipper’s that is south on Lover’s Key. You can also drive further south to Bonita Beach. There, you will find Doc’s (cash only), The Fish House and Coconut Jack’s. We were there during high season, so you can expect a wait time at any of the restaurants. If you don’t want to go out, you can utilize the kitchen & grills are provided on the ground level. Don’t overpack like us, just bring quarters, as there is laundry down there too. Can’t say enough great things about our experience & can’t wait to return. ❤️

We both grew up in the mid west. Brian in Wisconsin and Heather in Minnesota. We both made Green Bay, WI our home until late 2020 when we made the move to live full time in Cape Coral, FL. We love the beach and really love Florida - especially when it is cold up North. After many years of visiting family and friends in Florida and enjoying our vacations there and other beach vacations we decided to purchase a condo. This allows us the best of both worlds.
