The All Seasons Collection 30A is delighted to include this cozy getaway retreat in our portfolio of distinctive homes, all located in the town of Rosemary Beach on 207 Wiggle Lane. This stylish gem is the perfect place to enjoy and relax. The light and airy atmosphere, as well as the tranquil design, will embrace the moment you enter. This cottage has been meticulously maintained and provides the ambiance of a luxury hotel. Upon arrival you can enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne. Additionally, two bathrobes are provided for your comfort, as well as numerous other amenities such as shampoo and conditioner from our local Apothecary, Pish Posh Patchouli's, and Amavida, our local organic and fair trade coffee roaster. When heading to the beach, you will notice that beach towels have been provided. Your two complimentary bikes will also be waiting.

This was our first trip to Rosemary, as suggested by friends and it was everything we’d hoped it would be! We will be back! This place was perfect for an anniversary trip and a simple walk to the beach and to local restaurants! Just a tip… check your bike locks before going somewhere!

Great location and host. This unit is small and good for a long weekend but we would have been cramped with 2 for much longer. Fully equipped with all the necessities. Host was responsive and unit was clean and ready when we arrived. I would suggest a full length mirror even if just installed inside the closet door. We loved the bikes and definitely use walkover D for beach service.

Wonderful stay

This small condo was perfect for a romantic couple getaway. Queen bed was very comfy even though we are used to a king this queen bed was comfortable. Walking distance to everything.

Perfect stay in Rosemary!

We really enjoyed our stay here while we visited Rosemary!!! The cottage was very clean, kept up, & provided all the necessities we needed for our trip. Cheryl responded promptly whenever we needed something & was great to work with! This is the perfect location to stay in Rosemary that was close to the square and the beach. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Perfect Location

This carriage house is in the perfect location with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We appreciated using the provided beach chairs, umbrella, and bicycle. The kitchen is also perfect and includes a small freezer, which we used for ice to keep things cool at the beach. We had a lovely stay and Cheryl was incredibly helpful and responsive!

FYI

The unit was very quaint and just what my husband needed. Normally we still in a house 3-4 bedrooms, so it was so perfect. We also did enjoy the champagne that was left for us. However the owners or person I was connecting before and during our stay was not as nice on VRBO "Cheryl". If you further details regarding our conversation or copies, I can provide. We also requested laundry service and it was never pickup, so if they do provide this service, you might want to make sure to follow-up with them and get a phone number. When we emailed Cheryl regarding the Tropical storm, they advised the would NOT do anything for us unless it was a mandatory evacuation. My husband and I did not want to leave, but we were left with no choice. Especially since we had no AC in the unit which added more stress, the unit did not have property AC. The unit was too small for the place and the unconformable temperatures. We had to wake up every hour to manual turn it on with the remote. The unit probably ran the fan or unit for about 15 minutes and then would cut off. With being at the beach or riding bikes, you would expect to your vacation spot with a a way to cool down, this unfortunately did not happen. There was no circular motion to cool the unit and since the owner was so rude, we decided to just leave and check out to brace for the storm and be able to sleep in our own beds with AC.

We loved our stay here. Loved the cleanliness and all of the good quality towels. The only thing I would recommend is putting a body mirror in the room. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Perfection at Rosemary

This unit is as close to perfect as possible. Super clean, well decorated with everything you need for a couples getaway provided including local coffee and filters for the 2 burner stovetop a small shampoo and conditioner, paper products ext… the owner is so helpful and 2 bikes are provided with the rental. Easy beach access and 2 minutes to the shops.

Spring Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Rosemary Beach. We loved our little Cottage house, comfy, clean and cozy just like the pictures and the location was perfect. Having two bikes was also great, we could ride to the fitness center and all the community pools, which we loved. We would rent this property, or the main house again! The only improvements we would suggest are (1) the bed in the cottage house could be replaced. (2) It would be nice to have two beach chairs at the house so that you don't need to spend close to $100 for chairs at the beach per day.

Perfect cozy getaway spot

Options abound on 30A; however, if you're looking for an extremely clean and quiet hideaway in walking (or beach cruiser riding) distance from the Emerald Coast and downtown Rosemary, this is it. Property is better than pictured and everything is brand new. Excellent communication. Can't wait to return!
