Great location, good complex

This has the potential to be a great rental property. Quite a few small broken items and cleanliness issues, but most importantly - please fix the en-suite door as it won’t close ☹️.

The place is fine. The beds are not very comfortable. The beds are not made for you, sheets are provided but you are expected to make the beds yourself. The weirdest thing is that there is CCTV inside the flat, in the hallway and lounge/dining area. I covered this up for our stay.

This is a lovely flat. Gil was incredibly helpful and patient. We were delayed by 7 hours arriving nearly at 2am. Gil was there and didn't complain which was very nice. The beds weren't made by the owners which felt a bit unwelcome. Everything was in french which wasn't helpful as we do not speak french. It almost felt like they just have french speaking guests. I think it's courteous to write in the local language or English We had a great time though lots of the flats were empty. I don't know how it'd feel with everyone there as the balconies have very little privacy. For us was a nice time with lots to do.

El apartamento ofrecía wifi, cosa que no tuvimos en ningún momento, le comuniqué a la encargada y lo que hizo fue faltarnos el respeto

lo siento pero si el wifi no funciona tienes que avisar el primer día y no el último. hay alguien ahí para ayudarte. hay 2 wifi. la de la residencia que funciona muy mal la conocemos y una privada que instalamos precisamente para mejorar su comodidad y que funciona muy bien ... pero notamos que las conexiones habían sido modificadas. Te di un descuento de 50 € cuando solo te quedaste 4 días. y eso no fue suficiente para ti ..
