Comfortable, Pet Friendly, 2 bedroom & Loft, 2 Bathroom condo that sleeps 6. Plenty of space for everyone in this private 3 level townhouse (1200 sq. ft.) in a quiet property complex centrally located in Mammoth Lakes. The master suite is located on the ground floor with a private bathroom and outside deck. The second level has a spacious living area, open kitchen and dining, the second bedroom and second bathroom. The thrid level is the loft sleeping area. Each bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and flat screen TV. The loft has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking during your stay. The living room has a large flat screen TV and wood-burning fireplace. There is a private deck off the living room. The dining room table seats 6. There is a one car attached garage and one additional outside parking in front of the garage. Arrowhead Condos is a small private complex located in town. There is no hot tub or facilities located onsite. It is walking distance to the green line shuttle that takes you to Little Eagle Lodge. Nice little place, but aged and in need of an update

Nice place. Has all the basics, but is quite aged and several things were in various stages of disrepair.

Weekend getaway

Property was spacious, enough room for four people. I also want to mention that some of the stairs had the front strip/panel fall off, and we had to be cautious when going up and down the stairs. Loud fluorescent lights, buzzing sound, and in of the bathrooms, shower spigot was quite noisy. Overall, our stay was nice, relaxing atmosphere.

Lovely Mammoth Condo

We loved how close the condo was to VONS and eateries! The home was clean and neat with good supply of glasses, utensils, plates, pots and pans! We did notice that a few of the stairs had trimmings that were loose or coming off. We were alert to it so it did not pose a problem. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there.

Awesome location & beautiful view

The guys had a easy check in experience very comfortable stay. There was a lil hiccup the 1st night the Electricity went out! We contacted manager via emergency # which was nice to know they were right there with a quick response & easy to get a hold of. Of course it was just a power outage completely out of anyones control 15-20 minutes later power was on I definitely would go back & refer to family & friends
