Super contemporary with everything up to date. Step inside the great room and enjoy reclining furniture as you watch the massive TV hanging on the dramatic feature wall. The impressive open concept kitchen has an island that is perfect for entertaining and for extra seating. The dining room comfortably seats 8 with gorgeous garden views. This home boasts the popular split floor plan with the master suite on one side of the home and two spacious bedrooms each with their own bath and one even with an en-suite bath. The Master Suite is true luxury with super-sized room including a king bed, tv, walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. Sleep even more with the convertible office complete with a working desk and two bunk beds and a pull out sofa in the Master.

The backyard oasis is where all your living will be done. Dining, Fire Pit, Large Salt Water Pool and Spa. It is North facing and very private for you when barbequing, watching the game on your outdoor flat screen, sunbathing or just relaxing with your favorite bottle of wine. If you like grapefruit, lemons, oranges or cumquats, you can enjoy them both on the property when in harvest season. This place has a calming vibe and is a relaxing luxury vacation rental home property.

Spacious House

This house is much larger than I expected! My family loved spending time outside in the pool and spa. The living area had plenty of space to spread out and the host was very responsive.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament. This house is even better in person! It was a great space for our family and grandparents to stay together. The neighborhood was peaceful and the communication with the property manager was great. We would stay here again.

The love of baseball!

Perfect, if it had been warmer, absolutely perfect, Truly the house was fantastic, the pool, hot tub, fire pit, outside was really great to spend time together. I wish we had more time to enjoy it, that always seems to be the one thing guest’s say, we need more time! The inside everything we needed and more. The layout was nice for us, truly a great time together with our family. We were there for baseball with our grandsons, the Leagcy Park was 15 minutes away, which was really really nice, with 2 boys playing at different times everyday. The park is great! Hoping to be back next year! Absolutely a home I would recommend and return too.

Very Nice

Thanks for the excellent stay. Exceeded expectations, the size and space were laid out nicely. Great place to escape the SD weather, enjoy the holidays and be outside. We had a few trips to nearby San Tan mnts for hikes. We also enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and the fresh oranges from the trees. Would definitely come back.
