• Well maintained, heated swimming pool with depths from 3ft to 9ft
• Spacious and well maintained laundry room on ground floor, with ample coin-op machines
• Electricity charge – only what we deem as above-standard-usage (and we will tell you what it is upfront at time of rental) will be your responsibility
• A standard flat rate of U$200 cleaning fee will be added for each rental price
• A standard U$300 security deposit applies. It will be refunded to you upon inspection, post-departure
