Condo with all new furniture including 3 TVs and washer/drier. Located across the street from a beautiful beach. Condo has a pool, jacuzzi and a BBQ area. 1.5 mile to Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier. Many good local restaurants, grocery stores, stores and other specialty stores also around the area. THE ASSOCIATION REQUIRE 2 WEEKS TO APPROVE ANYONE BEFORE THEY CAN MOVE INTO THE PROPERTY. The process is not difficult. Just time consuming.
