Sundance at Warriors Mark #4 is a well-designed, 1740 sq. ft. 3 level floor plan in a lovely residential neighborhood.
There are separate exterior entrance doors on the lower level and mid-level. Our townhome is the perfect mountain get-a-way! This townhouse house includes a full kitchen, fireplace, washer and dryer. The two upstairs bedrooms and loft are separated from the lower bedroom by the main floor living room-dining room kitchen, allowing children in the lower-level bedroom-studio to be separate from adults above if desired. The living room is sunny and cozy. With a fireplace and television, it's a nice place to sit back and relax.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The dining table and breakfast bar area has seating for 8.
The main (second) floor has a full bathroom. The third floor has the master bedroom, a queen bed and balcony and full bathroom with jetted tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a loft with a 3rd twin bed. The laundry room is on the third floor. The lower level is a large suite with a queen bed and a futon and a full bathroom. The unit is a short drive to downtown and only a short walk downhill to the Free Ride bus stop to take you to town and the chairlifts.
Alpine Meadows management works closely with a professional housekeeping company. Our home is completely cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival.
*Important to know before arriving to Breckenridge:*
4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter; snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roadways - no refunds will be granted for improper vehicles. This home is near 10,000 Ft. please plan for high alpine environment conditions all year.
*COLORADO TRACTION LAW*: September- May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Please be sure to mention your destination and traction law when renting a vehicle. Alpine Meadows will not refund for improper vehicles.
