New construction house (2019) 100 m² with private swimming pool, terrace equipped for 6 people, on the ground floor living dining room with kitchen equipped with all appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher) Laundry room with washing machine dryer. Shower room + WC, convertible sofa bed with quality mattress (suitable for long stays).
Upstairs 2 bedrooms with double bed with dressing room and shower room + WC each. A solarium above accessible from the night hall by a staircase.
Fully secure house with an alarm system (Securitas)
Linen included in the rental (bed sheets, bath towels)
