Perhaps the best part about the lanai is the convenience of having a private shower and air conditioned poolbath right by the pool area! Easily rinse off before heading inside to unwind in the 2100-square-foot home.
Inside, an open concept floor plan combines the beautiful living room, kitchen and dining area making it easy to socialize with your loved ones. Easily entertain from the sleek, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and a large island doubling as an eat-in bar with stools.
Serve hearty breakfasts with Florida’s famous orange juice or seafood dinners made from your catches each day at the wooden dining table for 6 beneath the bright chandelier.

Although our villa is just 1 mile to the beach and all shopping/dining are in the near, we recommend a (rental) car for your perfect vacation. You can park it easily in the garage or driveway
