Come and enjoy our lodge in the middle of a hectare of land in the quinta, like a large studio of 25m2, with sleeping area, kitchen area, dining area, a bathroom with WC shower and sink, and its terrace for spending evenings and enjoy the heat. you will be quiet in the closed property with electric gate. Parking for your car and right in front of the lodge. Located 10 km from the ocean and 3 km from silves.

Amazing

The property is in a very quiet place. Portugal is hot but the house was cool in the evenings with air conditioning and fans. The pool was very cool and lovely for a nice deep. We loved our stay. Will definitely recommend it.

A fantastic stay in an idealic semi remote setting only 7mins from beautiful Silves. The pool was a God send in the hot weather and there was air con in the kitchen plus fans in the bedrooms. The host only lived down the road so let us in when we arrived and always on hand if we needed anything

Overall, we were disappointed with the condition of the accommodation. The building is not very well built (more like a shed) and quite dated. The floors are not level, some of the windows don't close properly and there was even a problem with the flushing of the toilets. When we got there, the property was not very well cleaned (e.g. bread crumbs on countertop, dried pasta on the colander and what seemed like blood stains on our bedsheet). It was also missing some essential items (e.g. kettle, toaster, glasses, dinner plates). It wasn't quite set up to accommodate a family of six people. Outside grill was a small BBQ and filthy with no way to clean it. The biggest issue that we had was the condition of the decking (terrace area). It is in such bad condition with boards and rusty screws sticking out that it is a hospital trip waiting to happen. As a parent, this is something I am extremely disappointed about as my children could have gotten hurt and I could not allow them to freely play around the pool area. Communication with the owner was good - he always responded promptly to any messages and he seemed very friendly. Some of our questions could have been avoided with a pre-emptive information pack. The location was lovely - close to Silves (a nice town), yet in a very quiet location. Lovely view of the surrounding countryside. And the pool was also good. It is a lovely area, just a shame that the accommodation was quite poor.

Een prachtig verblijf!

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar! De lodge staat op het (grote) terrein van de eigenaar zelf. Je kunt altijd bij hem terecht met vragen/opmerkingen. De lodge zelf is gedateerd. Alles is er, maar je krijgt er vooral heel veel rust voor terug. Een stille plek waar je helemaal kan ontspannen! Airco en zwembad zijn van toegevoegde waarde!

An amazing sanctuary

Phillipe, the host, was amazing. We didn’t arrive till 04.30 but was still welcomed. This is such a beautiful spot, an absolute sanctuary. It’s rustic/shabby chic. Our three dogs were able to roam around the 4 + acres as the area is completely secure. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you Phillipe
