I offer a cozy, ground-floor apartment in a quiet residence, independent and easy to live in, with a small terrace overlooking the Belledonne mountain range. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee, unwind in the evening, and, depending on the season, take advantage of the lush garden.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or work. It features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a dining space and kitchen, and a functional bathroom and a locked garage for bikes. Parking is available right in front of the apartment, and a barbecue can be provided upon request.
The location is ideal for exploring the region. You can go hiking in the Belledonne or Chartreuse mountains, enjoy cycling routes, or easily reach ski resorts such as Collet d’Allevard (22 km) or Le Pleynet (32 km) in winter. The picturesque lakes and villages of Savoie are also nearby. Whether you are on vacation, traveling for work, or just passing through, you will find a peaceful and comfortable place to relax here.
