About this property

BEACH HOUSE - 6 PERS MAX - 90m²

Accommodation on the first floor of our detached house separated into 2 apartments. They are completely independent, they each have an entrance and a garden.

The upstairs accommodation is dedicated to rental, it is composed of a kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a first bedroom with a 160cm bed (or 2 beds in 80cm) and an office, a second bedroom with a 160cm bed (or 2 80cm beds) and a third parental bedroom with a 160cm bed and its private bathroom.

The exterior has a large 15m² terrace upstairs facing south plus 60m² of ground floor garden (parking space). To enjoy you will have a garden furniture, a barbecue and an outdoor table.

Not included in the price: € 10 / bed linen - € 2 / bath towel - deposit required

GEOGEOGRAPHIC LOCATION -
Our house is located in the center of SEIGNOSSE BOURG. In a quiet area, opposite the village park with games for children and pétanque area.
NEARBY SHOPS - 5 minutes walk you will find: bakery, butcher, supermarket, pizzeria, tobacco, pharmacy, doctors, beautician, hairdresser, optician and a veterinarian. Every Wednesday morning a market on the town hall square (next to the park).
SPORTS - If you want to work out, take the cycle path which passes in front of the house, join the city's sports area (5 minutes by bike), you can enjoy: a skate-park, a football, basketball or tennis. You will also find there the departure for a stroll along the black pond or in the pine forest. Courses for all levels. Golfers, we have the Seignosse golf course a 5 minute drive down the road from the beach.
BEACH - Accessible by car or by bike (by cycle track), the beaches of Seignosse LE PENON are 6,5km. (10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by non-electric bicycle). For those who prefer to swim at Lake Hossegor it is 10 minutes by car.
MORE INFO - 5 minutes by car from ZA PEDEBERT (good shopping tips from all surf / skate brands) - 10 minutes by car from the center of Hossegor - 10 minutes by car from Lake Hossegor - 30 minutes by car from BAYONNE or DAX - 1 hour from the Spanish border.

A deposit of 1000 euros will be requested on your arrival (not cashed) as well as a deposit check of 150 € for cleaning
