Sea Gull Condominiums unit 404 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath fourth floor vacation rental. Enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or the private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking up you catch from the Port Aransas fishing adventures. There is a 43" flat screen TV in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 32" flat screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the couch is a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Tiled floors in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Condo sleeps 6. *Changes have been made to the condo and may not be as pictured. New pictures will be added soon.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

Close to everything, fishing, beach, food, and shopping. Had a blast but if your there for the food go early and be ready to wait. Overall good time

Second visit and just as good.

We’ve stayed in this unit once before and I think it was better this time. Despite some noisy neighbors upstairs, we had a great time. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The condo itself is perfect for us and we love the view.

Family Spring Break

Views were amazing and access to beach was super easy. Pool and hot tub were very nice Condo was really good size. Just not super clean and was outdated. This didn’t affect our stay - just a heads up

Perfect in every way

This condo was perfect in every way. I really wish I had more days off. I lol definitely be coming back. Unit 404 was perfect in every way.

Mother's Day Weekend Get-away

Condo was furnished well. Decorated nicely. Great location. Loved the balcony overlooking the beach. Was pleasantly surprised at how close the beach was from the condo. Pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Lobby was clean and front desk personnel were nice and helpful. Little things such as available luggage carts was nice. Overall experience was superb. Would definitely stay here again.

Great get away

The only glitch is we had to wait for our room as it wasn’t ready. Also, I didn’t read that it did not have basic items such as coffee/sugar/creamer but they did have that downstairs in the condo check in area every morning.

Great view, good stay

The condo was perfect for what we had planned. Kitchen had everything we needed, linens were clean and we had plenty of towels. Overall the condo was clean and well equipped. The floors and kitchen counters could’ve been a little cleaner though. Not a big deal. It was kind of a bummer rushing around on the last morning taking care of the checkout checklist, but I knew that was coming. We really did enjoy our stay here and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great stay- with renovations in progress

I was notified a couple of days before my arrival that renovations were taking place at the facility & the communal areas would be affected but not our condo. Made me nervous about what exactly we would find. The complex is older and has been through a hurricane. So renovations are needed in some of the communal areas. But. . . The unit was exactly like it was listed. The view was amazing!! The condo was clean and well stocked. Front desk staff was very polite. Easy access to the beach and a short drive to Port Aransas. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay. Once renovations are complete it will be a five star location.
