Sea Gull Condominiums unit 808 is an eighth floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom completely remodeled and contemporary vacation rental located on Mustang Island. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private attached bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The fully equipped open and newly remodeled kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops with an open floor plan. It is perfect for cooking up your special catch from any of the Port Aransas fishing adventures. There are ceiling fans and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Tile flooring throughout the condo. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or sit out on the patio and listen to the waves roll in. This Condo sleeps 6.

Clean, quiet beach getaway

The condo was clean, nicely updated and everything we needed. Right on the beach and a nice heated pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The location was perfect. Walked out to the balcony and the ocean was right there. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful views and super clean

We really enjoyed this condo very much. It was very clean and the views are just gorgeous. The choices of different lighting were wonderful for night time ambiance.

Port A trip

We traveled for a long weekend to corpus. This place was perfect- right on the beach, great pool and hot tub, wonderful views, comfortable condo with nice appliances and well stocked kitchen.

Great location with boardwalk to beach and close drive to Port A. Place was clean, comfy bed, and marvelous views! We will definitely stay here again. Our only suggestions it would be nice to include a couple throw blankets for the chilly evenings.

We had an amazing time.

We enjoyed the view of the beach every morning. My son loved going to the pool and the jacuzzi because of the waterfall. The kitchen and living room made me always want to come back from the outings to enjoy the comfortnes. If we go back to Port Aransas I want to stay in this place again.

Fantastic and comfortable beach condo

We loved our stay here! There were a few maintenance issues but they were dealt with right away, we were so thankful for being taken care of so well. The kitchen could use a few more bowls and cooking utensils but all in all a fantastic stay. The view, comfy furniture and beautiful finishes coupled with the outstanding care of the property will definitely make us come back. Thank you!

Lovely condo, beautiful view!

It was a lovely getaway with such a beautiful expansive view. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and just watching the waves roll in and hearing the soothing ocean sounds. Our only complaint was the smell of smoke as soon as we opened the door. I'm extremely allergic to smoke and thankfully it never triggered my allergies, but it was strong when you first walked in.

Condo Beautiful

Nothing close by. Salt and pepper would be a a nice touch. Coffee packs would be nice even if for sale in lobby. Early check in needs improved coming in for only 2 days so 4 check-in is quite late. Floors in condo were filthy but everything else awesome about condo.

We do have a coffee bar that is set up in the lobby for our guest's pleasure and coffee makers in the units! Fun family getaway

The condo was beautiful and clean, with updated appliances and furniture throughout with a gorgeous view of the beach through the balcony doors that opened up wide. We appreciated the condo adhering to Covid restrictions with masks, etc. There is no washer/dryer in the condo but it's very easy to access them on the ground level- clean and never crowded. Mattress on master bed was a bit soft for my husband but it's hard to please everyone. Would have been perfect to have beach umbrellas available, but only chairs/loungers were available and self-serve. Beach was pretty clean, not a lot of seaweed. We had a great time playing in the waves!

Wonderful stay! Beautifully remodeled and decorated; so gorgeous! We loved the wall of windows overlooking the spectacular ocean view. Well stocked, immaculate, comfortable. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Just one pet peeve…where’s the recycling? Thank you!

Very nice Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped and clean. The staff is super Helpful and very friendly. The grounds and pool are maintained very well. Also loved the tents and chairs provided on the beach. Beach/pool towels are also provided. Thank you, we will stay here again!
