About this property

Bungalow, 3 minutes walk from Kalamaki beach with private pool new for 2024.

Two bedroom bungalow very close to Kalamaki beach.
New for 2024 pool with large shaded seating and full size dining table, a bathing deck and seated pool jets exclusively private for bungalow guests. Large gas bbq.

All of the fully-fitted kitchens come complete with oven & hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee machine and all accessories needed.
This will provide you with a full working kitchen for your all your self catering needs.
The living/dining areas has smart TV.
A lounge area with comfortable seating and the sofa can become a double bed to sleep additional guests on.

Each apartment has one bathroom, two bedrooms with balconies, one of which has a king size bed and the other two single beds.
A cot can also be provided if requested. All of the apartments have all the necessities normally found in your home, iron & board, hairdryer, towels, bedding. Cleaning is also included with regular linen changes.

Tasos villas offer many extras inclusive of the nightly rate; a welcome pack of essential goodies, Wifi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, safety deposit boxes, shaded parking, BBQ, sunbeds and outdoor seating areas.

There is a welcome book with information about the island and different resorts and recommendations.

The location is perfect for beach lovers as you can hear and see the Ionion Sea as it is only a couple of minutes walk away.
Our accommodation is Ideally suited for couples, or families, maximum occupancy 6 persons. The nightly rate shown is for up to 4 guests sharing. €50 extra per person over 4 guests.

Kalamaki beach is famous for its gradual sloping sandy shores and also a protected nesting area for the Caretta Caretta, sea turtles.
The Caretta Beach water park in Kalamaki is a 5 minute walk away, the water park will have a charge to use their facilities.
The apartments are away from the noise and traffic of the main Kalamaki road but close enough to visit with a 5 - 10 minute walk.

Wonderful villa

We knew the villa that we would be staying in and it lived up to and surpassed all our expectations. Tasos and Sinead could not have been more accommodating and both these things together made for an excellent holiday.

Tasos Villa is like Paradise

Tasos and Sinead were super friendly. We could even stay until 3 p.m. on the day of departure. The garden is like paradise. The property was beautiful and very well kept. Brand new furniture in every room. It is renovated each year. The sandy beach is 200 meters away. 3 small supermarkets are 300 meters away. We enjoyed dinner at the Iguana Bar each night. The swimming pool of Denny's Inn across the street can be used (free of charge). Summary: The best rental home I've ever been to.

Excellentes vacances dans une île paradisiaque

Magnifiques vacances, des paysages à couper le souffle. Notre logement était parfait, jolie villa totalement équipée. Boissons, corbeille de fruits, céréales, café …. Nous attendait à notre arrivée. Même les essuie de plages étaient prévus. Propriétaires toujours disponibles et très sympas. Magnifique terrasse privative avec BBQ. Et tout ça a 2 min de la plage. Petit bémol, très très proche de l aéroport et donc beaucoup d’avions en journée. Merci pour ce très beau séjour.

Minor problems

Very suitable immaculate property with in our opinion a couple of deficiency’s. Tv was difficult to operate probably because they only had online connection and internet speeds were only 7mb But more so NO !news channels available. And had to revert to phones etc to get radio news feed Again our opinion but bed pillows were like pumped up balloons and unusable for us elderly couple so reverted to seat cushions. Also and probably out of the owners control was noisy dogs in the adjacent property which were outside all day in a compound and seem to bark at every passerby

Beach Holiday

Lovely property everything you need is in there. Great location for beach and main town a 5 min walk away. After a day on the beach relax with a cold beer on the decking while sun goes down. Host very helpful and approachable always on hand if anything needed . Room cleaned every other day , property maintained to a high standard. Very enjoyable stay and would recommend.

L'appartamento che abbiamo affittato è a piano terra e dispone di un patio esterno vivibile, attrezzato con sdraio, tavolo e poltroncine. Tutto nuovo e di stile inglese. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dall'eleganza dell'appartamento, dalla cura dei particolari e dalla disponibilità di ogni tipo di oggetto. La proprietaria, gentilissima, ha fornito perfino gli asciugamani per il mare e ci ha fatto trovare il necessario per una prima colazione, insieme ad acqua, succo e frutta. Le pulizie le hanno fatte 3 volte in una settimana e a metà, invece, hanno cambiato gli asciugamani del bagno e lenzuola. Insomma un appartamento di lusso e un'accoglienza incredibile. Abbiamo avuto perfino le uova fresche per la colazione :-) . Da ritornarci. Grazie

Perfect Beach Villas

Tasos and Sinead have worked hard to provide top these top class holiday rentals. Only a two minute walk to the beach, in the opposite direction a short stroll will take you to the main strip with its many places to eat and shops. Along the way you will come across the Iguana bar and a traditional Greek taverna called Escape, I would highly recommend both. The Villas are Spotlessly clean and fantastically well equipped, beach towels are even provided. Towels and linen are regularly changed, and villas are cleaned every other day. On the road outside Annas kiosk provides most of your daily needs so no need to walk up to the shops. This was our first visit to Zante and the friendliness of the people and the relaxed atmosphere combined to make it a perfect holiday. We have always gone self catering and can honestly say Tasos villas are the best we have rented.

Tasos Villas is a small family run business. We live and work in Kalamaki. Tasos is from Kalamaki and Sinead his wife who manages the apartments is from the UK.
Tasos also has a snack bar at the beach which is a two minute walk from Tasos Villas.
We have recently took over the running of the villas from Tasos father, Vasilis and have updated and modernised them for extra comfort.

Why they chose this property

Tasos Villas is in a very family orientated resort of Kalamaki which has the famous loggerhead turtles and a very wide gradual shore line. The beach is a 2 minute walk away but also within walking distance to the resorts shops, bars and restaurants.
The villas are suitable for families of up to six sharing and have all the appliances necessary for self catering accomodation.

What makes this property unique

Each apartment has its own charactor and charm, there is a single back lone villa with a veranda all the way around. The top villa has a sea view and balcony. The front lower villa has a large garden area with outdoor seating.
