Access to 6 swimming pools, Las Palmas pools as well as Green Valley Clubhouse, pools and amenities. Las Palmas has several swimming pools including indoor and outdoor pools, diving pool, children`s pool, and hot tubs. Other amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, mini golf, ping-pong tables, shuffleboard, full workout facilities which includes free weights, circuit training machines, elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, etc.

St. George is easy to navigate, and having your own vehicle is highly recommended for getting around and exploring the area. While SunTran (the city’s bus system) offers limited routes, most visitors prefer the flexibility of driving, especially for day trips and outdoor adventures.
Uber and Lyft are available, though wait times can vary—especially during busy weekends, holidays, or evenings. Taxis are limited but can be arranged in advance.

Close to town, very easy to get to. Overall very nice place to stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous location. We spent a majority of our stay sitting outside on the porch drinking coffee and admiring the majestic view of Signal peak. Short walk to the pools and water slides and then back to the porch to bbq. Definitely a much needed relaxing stay.
The condo was exactly as pictured and exactly what we had hoped for.

Nice condo in a great complex. The floor plan provided a large central gathering room and 3 full baths was a huge benefit! Private balcony was spacious and overall it everything worked well! We liked that there was plenty of communal parking as well as one designated spot. We did not get a chance to visit the community center but it looked appealing. Great stay!
Great property and everything went well. Only a couple very minor issues that were promptly attended to by property management. Would stay at property again and recommend both property and management company!

We loved our time here! The condo was in great condition, clean and had everything we needed. We loved the options of pools to go to depending on our mood for the day and the property was always being cared for. Whenever we had questions we were responded to quickly and efficiently. Nice condo on pretty grounds. Everything was as pictured. We were a little surprised we had to pay for the big swimming pool but there were two other small ones that we could get in with the pass. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
The condo was clean, bedrooms worked well with a big group! The views from the patio were amazing! 3 baths are a plus, when we had 7 women staying there!
The dryer start button was broken , but maintenance was out there and quickly found a solution!
The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen had plenty of room to move around in! The location was very convenient!

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that brought the score down was we found some blood on the door frame in the primary bedroom's bathroom, where the toilet is. There was also some yellow gunk on the light in the shower. Other than that, it was great.

They made it right
The property was a very beautiful and roomy condo. Our problem was the cleaning company. It had a horrific smell when we opened the door and as we walked into the condo, we quickly realized it had not been cleaned at all. We called and they sent the cleaning company over that morning. It really could use a deep cleaning
This is a beautiful property and you won’t find better views anywhere. The amenities are great and include pools, billiards, basketball, pickleball and more. It really is a great place to stay.
One issue we saw was that both sliding doors to the patio need attention as they are very hard to open. The sliding screen door on the master bedroom was broken and we had to work on it a bit to get it to stay in place.
The carpets were in need of a good cleaning. There amenities have seen better days and need some attention but that may be outside of the renters control.
Over all. It is a great place that we return to every year.
Condo was as advertised. Overall it was clean, but could have used a bit more attention to surfaces which were pretty dusty. Also, I called the maintenance line and property manager to request an iron that wouldn’t leave marks on clothes and the replacement of inoperable light bulbs in the master bath. The calls were not returned, nor did anyone address my request. This didn’t affect my overall satisfaction, but makes me question your commitment to customer satisfaction. We enjoyed our stay!
The condo was immaculately clean and very spacious. It is much bigger than it appears in photos. The balcony was fantastic for grilling dinner on the nice Weber grill while over looking the beautiful pool area. There are multiple pools to choose from, all very nice. There is also a large kiddie pool and splash pad for the littles. The condo is on the top floor, so there is no noise from anyone above you. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that there were only 3 extra rolls of toilet paper and 3 garbage bags for 8 people during our week stay. We had to purchase these. Also, the queen bed in the guest room was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the bunk bed was a little wobbly and squeaky. This wasn't enough to change my 5 star rating, however. We would definitely stay here again!

Not what I was expecting
Overall it was a place to lay our head. When arriving things looked fairly picked up and cleaned, but the carpets were dirty and stained, the bedding in the queen size room had no mattress protection and the sheet was not a fitted sheet. The bunk bed room had no air conditioning and the fan the provided was broke. Thankfully they had another fan in a closet . The bathroom door in the bunk room was not well fitted and literally had to pull hard to even shut the door or move it for that matter . I would just feel if your having so many families rent it out you can at least have the cleanliness and the overall care of the mattresses and carpets especially cared for . Dont feel I’ll be staying there again.
