We were sadly frustrated by the wi fi issue that did not get resolved until Thur when we texted Matt and he explained that the new wifi had not been given to us and the help number was still using the old wifi info. The home was comfortable and well stocked

Family beach vacation with kids

I came with my mom, husband, and 3 kids. We all fit and the walking distance to all of the activities we wanted to do was perfect for our needs and incredibly convenient. All the amenities we wanted were there. It was a great place to stay!

Our group of 5 was very comfortable here for 4 nights. The 2 beds are really comfortable and the teenagers had no complaints about the sofa bed. Loved being able to walk to Nye Beach and BJ's ice cream!

Bare bones unit with a convenient location

The beds in the two bedrooms were comfortable and the location was convenient. It's a good choice if you plan to only use the two bedrooms and plan to be out for the scenery. The kitchen is fine for simple meal prep, but don't plan to do any in depth cooking.

Pictures made the place look a bit nicer than it really is. We had management come and remove an area rug that had too much pet odor and had to spray Febreeze on the couch. We were unable to use the dishwasher as it had mildew even after running a sanitizer cycle. Dryer needs to have the vent cleaned as clothes weren’t getting dry. Location of the place is great!

Nice quiet duplex in Nye Beach

It was clean and comfortable. Quiet too! Not luxurious but we didn’t expect that for the price . The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Plenty of clean linens too.
