This luxurious 3BR/3BA residence is ideally located in Enclave One of the Luana Garden Villas. As a premier ground-floor offering with a desirable southern orientation, it delivers a bright, welcoming ambiance and effortless ground-floor living as part of our “Grounded” collection.

Enjoy an effortless vacation with footstep access to Enclave One's pool, hot tub, and fire pit area, as well as a convenient location in very close proximity to the greater Honua Kai Resort amenities, including the Hokulani Deli, Duke's Beach House, the Konea Fitness Center, and Honua Kai's award-winning poolscape. The soft sands of Kaanapali North Beach, one of America's top beaches, are only steps away.

Your party will have plenty of room to stretch out in 2000+ sq ft of luxurious interior living space. Elegant contemporary finishes, premium appliances, and fixtures complement the spacious open floor plan. All villas are fully furnished with everything you need for the perfect Maui beach vacation.

The gourmet kitchen features Bosch stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for you to prepare your favorite meals and refreshments. Sliding pocket doors open to reveal a massive 500+ sq ft lanai with an abundance of lounging and dining space. The lanai area has an outdoor kitchen, complete with its own private BBQ grill. The attached laundry room features a full-size washer and vented dryer.

Each bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, and the living room features a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper, bringing the total sleeping capacity to eight. For added flexibility, one of the king-size beds can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge. Each primary bathroom has a double vanity and a frameless glass walk-in shower; the guest bathroom has a vanity with a tub-shower combination.

Seamless check-in and very responsive host. The home and amenities were perfect. The house was well appointed and very comfortable making our Maui experience wonderful. So nice being close to the resprt and beach but still parking outside the front door. We had resort access and towels. Even though we had neighbors, we could not hear footsteps or talking.

Fun time

This was a nice place to stay with a large group. It was very easy to communicate with the managers. I think the only downside was the lack of kitchen supplies. There were the essentials but it would have been nice to have a few more serving bowels and prep items. One the king beds was two twins put together. Overall a nice time.

How can you go wrong in paradise

Overall, it was a great place to stay. Big, spacious, all the amenities. The unit did need some repairs - broken light in the main closet, clogged sink in the main bath, wonky washing machine door, no daily cleaning service included with stay. It has easy access to the beach and use of the pools at Honua Kai, plus the grounds are beautiful. One thing that could be improved is the pool/beach towels provided. These blue towels are poor quality and no bigger than a bath towel. Nothing luxurious about the towels to remind you of the luxurious condo.

Every thing was wonderful, just that there was construction going on and there was no place to really park to check in. The 4 pm check in was a hassle because of construction and every one was trying to check in at the same time.

This property offered our family the perfect accommodations for our vacation. My wife and I along with our two adult children each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The space is modern and relatively new. We all agreed that if we were to come to Maui again, this is where we would like to stay.

Spring Break In Paradise

Beautiful and modern property over spring break! Family of 2 adults, 2 teens. Spacious accommodations with everyone having their own room privacy when needed. Close access to the pool, 10 steps. Beach is 5 minute walk away. Villa came equipped with Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. Had dinner at on-site Dukes restaurant two of the nights, highly recommended the risotto, calamari, crab cakes, and bbq ribs. Be sure and make advanced dinner reservations on open table. Shopping nearby at Safeway grocery for your villa snacks and grilling bbq. Also nearby is Front Street, a row of restaurants, shops, and water activities. Get your Hawaiian shave ice while visiting front street at Ululami’s. Also Dole Whip! Also recommend Prison Street Pizza (they deliver) best crispy wings ever!!

Perfect family condo

It was wonderful to walk out the lanai to the pool only 20 steps away and we had access to other pools throughout the property that included waterslides. The bedrooms were wonderful as were the bathrooms the kitchen had no supplies other than paper towels and salt. I guess we have gotten used to having foil, plastic wrap, Pam, and maybe a few spices.

Hawaii Christmas!

Delightful stay at a great villa! Home as advertised - new, extremely clean and top of the line decor and amenities. Our family of 5 had lots of room to spread out and relax. Beds were comfortable, baths new and clean, kitchen well stocked and location was good (beach was 5 min walk). Patio was large and inviting, pool was right outside. Property manager welcomed us and was readily available. Would highly recommend this villa!
