Recent Savoyard chalet built by local artisans,
2 apartments in the chalet for 10 people each. Very spacious and well equipped in each:
1st floor: dining room, living room with 2 large sofas, LCD TV + DVD player. WIFI, large fully equipped kitchen; toilet with washbasin. Large balcony terrace with ideal exposure including garden table and 10 armchairs.
Ground floor: 3 bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with 140 x 200 bed and their private bathroom with toilet and sink
1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed
1 bathroom with toilet and sink
Basement: 1 bedroom with 3 beds and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer
This chalet is located in the heart of Samoëns, an authentic mountain village, a holiday spot appreciated for the diversity of its activities in winter as in summer: skiing, paragliding, horse riding, tennis, beautiful hikes, all in a beautiful setting.
All linen is provided (sheets, duvet cover, bath towels, tea towels). Cleaning services, personalized welcome and all charges (EDF, WATER and HEATING) are included in the advertised rate.
