Fantastic Getaway!

My wife and I have stayed here 3 years in a row and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The room is very comfy, the view from the balcony is gorgeous, and you're located within minutes of some of the best restaurants in Orange Beach. We'll definitely be back next year!

This property was good. There looked to be mold or some black stuff on bedroom ceiling. Updates were nice inside the room. There were two outside chairs broke. One was missing a leg and the other one had a broken bottom piece. An outside table and chairs would have been nice to have at our stay.

Summer Vacation

We have been coming to Orange Beach for at least 20 years and we always stay at Emerald Skye. It is very peaceful and not overly crowded. The entire area is very nice and a great community to spend time with family.

The property was clean however there was mold throughout on the ceiling and it smelled moldy. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well. There were not very many electrical outlets and the ones we did have did not hold the plug in they would fall out. Overall property was easy to access from the road. The beach was very close and had easy accessibility. Easy to check in and out with timely clear directions.

Weekend Trip

We had a great weekend stay at this property! Checkin was seamless, property was clean, and access to the beach was phenomenal. Parking tag was a little difficult to locate as it was up in a cabinet, but after a quick search it was located. The only thing I will note is the door does not have the ability to stay open without being held, and is rather heavy and shuts very hard and fast. Check out was an easy process with clear directions. Overall this was a great stay, and we would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good,the elevator though was musty. The bathroom needs a little updating I can see some molds(?) on the faucet/shower knob. TV in the room was not working but overall I will come back.

We had a really nice trip. Upon arrival the check in process was easy, everything was clean and ready to relax. Nice refrigerator and washer and dryer and two big TVs (although we only watched tv once) . The view of ocean was great from the surprisingly big porch. The access to the beach was nice, from our room on the 5th floor it only took a few minutes to walk to the beach. The only negative thing we had happen was the elevator got stuck briefly with us in it but I’m sure it seemed longer than it was, probably only 60 seconds or so and it worked fine after that. (Although we did take the stairs the rest of the time, lol) We would definitely come back here and stay again!

Best Beach View

This is the only condo complex we will stay at when we come to Orange Beach. Love the location, views and the fact it is at the end of the strip and smaller complex, more privacy. We did have several issues during the week with the elevator not working which is a HUGE inconvenience esp bc my husband is disabled and this unit was on the 5th floor. This is a building problem though not the renter. The place is beautiful, but the bed in the master bedroom was hardest and most uncomfortable ever. We were not able to sleep on it, just camped out on the couch and love seat. But we come for the beach so we'd stay again.

Vacation

First 24 hrs were not the best but after that it was good. Upon arrival toilet seat was almost off the bowl. Husband did the best he could to fix it (no tools). The next morning ready to take a shower. Turned on the shower and the faucet in the tub flew across the tub. Good thing was not in the tub at the time. Call to report and maintenance did not show up until way after lunch. After all that things got better and the rest of the time was good.

We never know we are in the right place until we are able t open the door. We do not have a computer with us and we travel during the time of travel. So we never know. The weather was great and we enjoyed the beach. We will come again.
