The home, which was acquired and re done in 2019 completely, is located right on the golf course adjacent to the green of the 6th hole of the Greg Norman Golf Course which you can play! Privacy, view, and wonderful sunsets. Enjoy a movie outside by the fireplace! Sit at the outdoor dining table which has a built-in fire feature and enjoy dinner/drinks alfresco. Excellent WIFI throughout the entire home and Casita. Flat screen TV's, Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Showtime, HBO MAX, streaming services and even a DVR if you wish to record a favorite show and watch it later when you return. (DVRs are in the master/main bedroom and living room only). During your stay, you will not see any neighboring homes during your stay, only the golf course and beautiful mountains.
We have a two-night minimum in all cases but during certain times of the year there are longer requirements. If you have a question, feel free to reach out via VRBO and we will try to answer all inquiries promptly as possible.
This is my private vacation home, and I'm not a corporation but a property owner. Anything you need during your stay will be handled by myself or my property manager Bernice who is your contact who works directly for me. Great, comfy new beds, linens, robes and quality towels, pool table, ping pong table, corn hole, games, gas grill, Tesla Charger for EV's and fully equipped. We provide disposable toothbrushes, free coffee/espresso (Keurig, Nespresso, Drip Coffee and more). Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and cooking needs you may want. POOL and Pool Heating:
The Spa/Jacuzzi is available on demand and is INCLUDED in your rental rate. Heating the main pool is NOT included. The pool will be heated to 83 degrees from 8AM to 4:30 Pacific Standard Time only for a charge of $100 per day during the months of October, November, December, January, February, March, and April, only upon request. For May through September, we can heat the pool for $50 per day. Please see the informational sheet for more detailed information on operating the pool/spa and heating etc. If you wish the pool heated, you must reach out in advance to schedule this directly with me through VRBO.

Main Bedroom #1 New California King, separate Private soaking bathtub, luxury shower, large walk-in closets. Ceiling fan and separate AC control. Flat screen DVR, as well as an Apple TV device and Cable feed. Separate entrance to patio, Fireplace, sitting area and couch.
Bedroom #2 (Main house). New California King, separate private bath and shower, Smart TV with streaming and Cable, Robes
Bedroom #3 (Main house off Entry) New California King, small armoire closet, Robes, Flat Screen TV
Casita (Bedroom #4)- Separate entrance and structure off of the entry at the front.

Kitchen/Great Room:
There is a fully stocked kitchen with about everything you can imagine. We can at times even arrange for you a private chef/cooks for your stay. Must be booked significantly in advance. House has a Nespresso original (smaller pods) machine, Keurig coffee maker as well as a Mr. Coffee. We will supply you with *some espresso pods, Keurig Pods, Tea, sweeteners for your stay that are complimentary.
The kitchen flows into the great room so your entire family can be together while you cook and watch TV on the huge flat screen built into the entertainment center. The TV has both Cable and Streaming options including a DVR. There is a fireplace and comfy throw blankets for chilly evenings outside. Large sliding doors as well and a beautiful sitting area in the interior courtyard off the Great Room adjacent to the billiard table. Excellent for poker games or hanging out in privacy.
EV Charger- The home has a 40 Watt Tesla charger which you are welcome to charge your Tesla at during your stay.
Check in/Check out:
Accommodating early check-ins and check-out is difficult. We will try to accommodate you when we can, however we cannot commit to this typically until a few days before your stay usually. Bernice or I will communicate with you about this. So, please reach out to her to coordinate the request either. If we can offer it to you, we will do so. But we cannot commit to it too far in advance.
Cancellation policy explanation:
Should you have to cancel, we will try to accommodate moving your reservation should something come up, a reasonable solution should something unforeseen occur.
We will hold a credit for the monies, subject to the terms and conditions in our rental agreement which you will have paid in. We will make our best efforts to accommodate you and re-book you later. Rates are not guaranteed to be the same and vary widely depending on market conditions and time of year. We appreciate your understanding on this issue. We are not a large corporate entity so managing cancellations is difficult. We reserve the home for you, and only your party. So, if you must cancel, the time may go unrented. I hope you understand.
Noise ordinances and regulations:
The outdoor music restriction has been lifted and you CAN play music at low levels now outside the home, however ONLY before 10Pm and after 8 am in the morning. There is still, however, community noise ordinances within the HOA and they ARE monitored closely. To this end, you must make sure your guests that you are responsible for understand this. Loud music, parties or any other circumstance that would cause security to be called to the home are not tolerated and you will be responsible for significant fines should this occur. Please be advised.
What Covid has done is put tremendous pressure on the rental community from the locals who are dead set against rentals being available in the first place. We ask that you pay special attention to this during this unusual time in our history and respect our neighborhoods. We thank you for your understanding in this regard. The "community in general" is worried about visitors and extremely sensitive to these issues inside the community itself. While there are no homes that look onto you, there is a home next door on both sides and the golf course.
We simply ask that you use common sense and understand that while it is your vacation, others live there full time. They are not excited about homes being rented to visitors.. So please by all means, be courteous and not cause a problem. We apologize for this inconvenience; however, we have not had a problem with this to date and do not anticipate their being one.
