Your family will have a marvelous time creating memories. You are greeted with floor-to-ceiling windows and views from every single room to enjoy the Gulf all week long!! It is spectacular and beautiful!! This unit is on the 29th floor.

As you walk into this unit, you immediately are struck by the spectacular views from your family living area to the west and Gulf Front that you will enjoy each and every day. The larger secluded corner balcony and living area can accommodate the entire family for activities or breakfast overlooking the beach. Each bedroom has a private view across the coastline and a private bath.

This unit has luxury decor, space, and privacy for the entire family. You can enjoy both family time or a little private time when necessary. With over 2500 square feet and our open floor plan, everyone will have more than enough space to spread out! This unit is much larger than any other Phoenix condominium.

The gourmet kitchen will be sure to impress, offering professional -grade stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and custom cabinetry. The dining area features a wet bar with ice maker, making entertainment a breeze! With premium mattresses and luxury appointments in the bedrooms and bath, you'll definitely catch up on some much-needed rest and relaxation during your vacation.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed and adjoining bath includes a jetted 2-person tub, separate walk-in shower, and vanity with two sinks. The 2nd bedroom features 2 premium queen beds and adjoining full bath. The third bedroom offers another 2 premium double beds with full bath, and the fourth bedroom features premium king bed and adjoining full bath!

There is also a half bath conveniently located in the hall. The unit comes equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer. This luxury condo includes sleeping accommodation for up to 12 (14 with pullout/air mattress) people. The giant sectional couch has a pull-out bed and there is an air mattress/pump.

Play some tennis, go down to the lazy river, finish with a jacuzzi and just take it easy in your home at the Gulf! The complex is the Grand Oasis at Orange Beach formerly Phoenix West II - nicknamed the Grand due to its large outdoor recreational space, including the famous gulf-front lazy river with slide, the largest swimming pool in Orange Beach, the new expanded splash pad for toddlers, the new expanded grilling stations.

There is also the Olympic size indoor pool with its 4 jacuzzies in order to relax the muscles. The outdoor facilities include the tennis courts, PICKLEBALL courts, ping pong, basketball court, and lots of walking space with easy access to the beach. On the 15th floor, there is an extensive 6000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness complex that leads to 2 more jacuzzies and saunas.

Parking passes are $60 per car and are good for your entire stay. There is a maximum of 2 passes in the peak season. In the slow season you may purchase 3rd pass based on complex’s capacity. There is off-site overflow parking information available. Check-in time is 4pm, but you are welcome to enjoy the pool/beach until we let you know the unit is ready.
