The announcement is made for only 1 house, the "high" house it has a dining room with fireplace and an open kitchen.
A first bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people, on the ground floor with private shower room.
1 separate WC.
Upstairs, 4 other bedrooms:
A bedroom with 1 double bed and bunk beds (= 3 people).
2 bedrooms with 1 bed for 2 pers.
A last bedroom with 1 double bed and bunk beds (= 4 people).
1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate toilet.
The rate is suitable for 10 people. Each additional person will be charged € 15 / night.
Finally a deposit of 500 € will be requested as well as a cleaning fee of 80 €.

The 2 yards will allow you to take shelter if the weather is bad. They are also the landmarks of the swallows that enchant us and which we must absolutely pay attention to.

The property is located in Arces, a small village very close to Cozes, capital of the canton.
