Premier membership! Access to the resort beach clubs (El Surf Club, Kupuri, Sufi, Pacifico, Hacienda) PLUS--our building is directly on the beach. Full time housekeeper cleans daily (M-F 9-4, Sat 9-1, Sunday is her day off). This luxury property is the only beach front condo development inside the private gates of Punta Mita (Hacienda de Mita). Great surfing! Only a few footsteps separate you from the beach and a beautiful consistent winter and summer surf break. Where else can you grab your surfboard and run out to the waves without using an elevator or car?
Spacious (3500 sq. feet) living area plus extra patio (available only on ground floor units) & a grass area for lounging will ensure hours of fun. Our ground floor condo on the beach is so convenient especially for families. Two Jack Nicklaus golf courses managed by the Four Seasons are available to you. Tennis & pickleball on 10 courts and a fitness center are within a short walk (usage fee applies; post-covid guest hours begin at 12 pm, so plan accordingly). 6 person golf cart provided for exploring the resort. Daily maid prepares breakfast and lunch (Sunday is her day off). Luxury linens, pillow top beds, designer decor, concierge, and high end appliances make this 5 star condo unique!


Convenience of ground floor: We have many return guests because our living room sliding glass doors fold into the wall and make the outdoors part of your home. Within steps the grassy yard for lounging and for the kids playing games, an extra private patio on the ground floor condos only, the pools, beach and walk to nearby restaurants are so convenient for getting your sunglasses, books, drinks, food, snacks and forgotten items, watching a sleeping baby, all without gathering your kids and going to the elevator to retrieve your forgotten items. In and out lifestyle with a ground floor unit is priceless!

Bedrooms: Our primary bedroom features a new king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a new king bed and a twin over twin trundle bed, with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two new queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. The kids bunk/utility room includes a custom twin bunk bed, built-in closet & dresser, ensuite bathroom and laundry facilities.

Decorator Perfect: Our unit was designed by interior designers and every attention to detail was included to make your stay comfortable and convenient for you and your family. Colombian art sculptures along with original Mexican paintings give a fun Latin American flavor to the decor. Fluffy duvets, abundance of towels, hotel robes, pillow top mattresses, down feather pillows, overhead reading lights, ambient romantic lighting for a two person jetted tub, luggage racks, lighted magnifying makeup mirror, safe for valuables, cable, DVD library, books, children's games, (all not standard in other condos), and a commercial Wolf stove, Subzero refrigerator, and extra appliances including a Vitamix for healthy smoothies and drinks, and panini maker are included to make you feel at home. Since we are frequent guests as well, we are constantly updating, adding products, and thinking of ways to make it feel more than 5 star quality and comfortable for you. Private lounge chairs on our lanai for your pool side convenience are only available on ground floor units. The spectacular Kupuri Beach Club will provide hours of entertainment for all and especially for teens with a teen game room, a children's playroom and shallow pool, another very long gorgeous serpentine pool, a beautiful boutique, delicious food served lounge chair side or in the gourmet restaurant, and a sports rental equipment booth including a Hobie cat for sailing, boogie boards, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment, kayaks, and other activities. The Pacifico Beach Club is also available with a children's pool, play/climbing structure, massages, showers, adult pool, full service restaurant and breathtaking views of the famous Tail of the Whale island green and Pacific Ocean.

Daily housekeeper (M-F 9-4, Saturday 9-1, Sunday is her day off, but concierge can help you hire a chef for Sunday at an additional charge) cooks two meals a day plus snacks. Imagine fish tacos waiting for you after a morning at the beach...guacamole in the afternoon...breakfast ready in the morning. Vacations are more enjoyable when you don't have to worry about cooking and tidying up!

Note: There are four community beach clubs, listed below. There is also a beach club next door to Hacienda de Mita. These are within the gates and only for the use of guests staying there. Effective January 6, 2026 the development has enacted a Club Punta Mita Access Fee/Resort Charge.

A flat per-person fee will be charged once per rental stay, for stays of up to 30 days.

● Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge = $40.02 USD
● Children under 5: No charge

The Pacifico Beach Club has great sunsets and is for the use of anyone staying at a residence (not the Hotels) within the gated development of Punta Mita. It has a full restaurant/bar and 2 pools including a separate kids pool and play structure with shade and grass.

The Kupuri Beach club is the largest and nicest of the beach clubs. It has a large serpentine infinity pool, restaurant, kids area, multiple points of sale for food and beverages, spa area, gift shop and a lot of lounge chairs on the beach. Kapuri has the softest sand beach in Punta Mita and is excellent for boogie boarding, playing in the surf and exploring the long beach.

There is a beach club in front of Sufi Restaurant at Play Fortuna. It is called Sufi Ocean Club. This club features an oceanside infinity pool and a ceviche bar. There are many lounge chairs and covered Cabana style beds in the sand surrounding the pool. However, note that there are many rocks and boulders by the ocean here, so there is no access from the pool to the ocean. There is a pier here with a platform where you can launch a paddle board etc. and there is a floating “island” off of the pier.

El Surf Club is a beach club with access to the La Lancha surf break. It is the furthest beach club from our condo, but you can still go there in the golf cart and it is within the gates of Punta Mita. This club does not have a pool, but has many lounge chairs on the beach, restrooms and a restaurant and bar. It has great surf and sand for surfing, boogie boarding, and just playing in the water.

Lastly, the St. Regis Sea Breeze Beach club is sometimes available to guests. The St. Regis is not included in the Club access fee. However, they do allow non-hotel guests to use their beach club when their capacity allows. They have a minimum spend requirement. It was $85 per adult and $45 per child as of Dec 2025 which they will credit toward food and beverage purchases. The St. Regis can change this fee at any time. It is best to have our concierge call ahead and make a reservation for you. They deny access if the Hotel is busy or for events. If you are planning to come during a busy Holiday time or spring break it is very likely that the St Regis will be difficult to visit.
Resort gym also requires a daily usage fee, and guest hours are limited. This was a covid regulation, and they haven't removed this for guests yet.
