As you pull down the driveway and take in the panoramic view of Lake Norman's open channel....you will already feel your vacation has begun. Upstairs, the private loft has a king size bed with premium memory foam mattress and Egyptian cotton sheets. There is also an oversized chair/twin sleeper sofa. On the main level you will find a spacious fully stocked kitchen with large table that can seat 8. There is a small bedroom off the kitchen with a twin trundle bed that will sleep two. The family room has a large flat screen for Apple TV and new sleeper sofa. Off the family room is a full bathroom. Open the oversized exterior French doors and enjoy your coffee in the perfect spot on the second floor lakefront deck, which extends across the length of the house. Outdoor propane BBQ allows you to grill and 'chill' as you cook dinner overlooking the lake. No need for shoes as the deck is Trex. The fully finished basement has a queen size bed, as well as a sleeper sofa situated in the sitting area. Just for fun, there is a foosball table for you to enjoy. Find another full bathroom on this level, equipped with a washer and dryer. Walk out the basement door and you are just steps from the firepit (stocked with complimentary wood), the beach area and the dock. If you wish a little exercise is available with two paddle boards. Don't forget to take time to nap in one of our hammocks as you listen to the sounds of lake life. If you have a need for speed and want to rent a boat or jet ski, there are several rental spots and marinas in the area. Rainy day? Movie theater, shopping and bowling within 15 minutes. Day trip to Ashville / Biltmore / Blowing Rock / Blue Ridge Mountains. If you want a little city life...Charlotte is only 29 miles away.
