I'm happy to host you in my studio, thoughtfully designed and furnished to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, it can accommodate up to 2 guests.

As you enter this 18 m² studio, you'll find a bright, cozy, and tastefully decorated space.

The studio features a very comfortable sofa bed (140x200), made up with hotel-quality linens, a TV, and a dining table for two. There’s also ample storage for your belongings and a fan for your comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, microwave, stovetop, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

A euros30 surcharge applies if you bring a pet, to be paid before check-in.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Overlooked by sleek skyscrapers, the commercial 3rd arrondissement is known for the mid-range Part-Dieu mall and the Halles de Lyon-Paul Bocuse food hall, selling gourmet charcuterie and chocolate. Smart bistros fill the streets. Gestapo prison cells are displayed at the Mémorial National de la Prison de Montluc, and the brutalist Institute Lumière screens arthouse films. Lyon Part-Dieu train station links to Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest metro station is Sans-Souci (line D), just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

Tram T4: a 6-minute walk, with direct access to Part-Dieu train station and the shopping centre.

Trams T5 and T2: reachable in 2 metro stops or about a 15-minute walk.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a euro 300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
