2nd floor rear - Victorian home, Jr one bedroom (one bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen. This apartment has no living room.) Self-contained apartment, over 390 sf., ensuite laundry, large kitchen with skylight, 4 piece bathroom, window AC and WiFi.

Located in the heart of downtown. Only 1.2 km (0.7 mile) from Dundas Square/Toronto Eaton Centre which is only a 16 minute walk - Source: Google Maps

Fully furnished incl. Double bed, side table / computer desk and chair, kitchen table and chairs /Smart TV with apps such as Netflix, Cineplex, iTunes, YouTube etc. which you can log into with your account: located in kitchen/ stocked kitchen (dishes utensils etc.) / bedding and linens.

This apartment is in a multiplex Victorian house built in 1890. The apartment has been through many updates since the original build but it’s not a new renovation and you will find some imperfections in the plastering and some cracks in the floor tiles, etc. If you are looking for a slick newly renovated apartment please look at our other listing. However if you are looking for a clean place with a few imperfections and character in a convenient downtown location you’ll find this to be a great affordable stay.

You don’t have direct control of the heat however you will always be comfortable. If it’s too hot you can close the floor vents or if it’s not warm enough you will have access to a space heater or you can always send us a message to have the temperature adjusted as we share the same thermostat as neighbors.
